A very nice spot.

I must start by saying I've been going to Bully Boy for about 30 years. It was a fantastic restaurant great for a romantic special evening. I am a big fan of Peter Kelly too but this restaurant just doesn't measure up to its former self. We arrived about 5:20 and were told we couldn't be seated... read more

...Considering the excellent service provided at Peter Kelly's Yonkers venue, this restaurant needs work. My husband and I dined here early on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere is special, being both elegant and homey. The restaurant looks much like a private home and the various dining areas seemed to have a unique flair. I instantly felt relaxed and ready for... More

Went early on a Tuesday and it was a good dining experience. The ambiance is nice, quiet with views overlooking the wooded garden and pond. The service was very attentive. The food prepared well. Its not perfect or cheap but not a bad choice.

We went on a Wednesday night, not too busy. We were greeted by Ned Kelly, Peter's brother. My wife had the oysters and I had the calamari and rock shrimp app, both were outstanding. I've had dinner at the Bully Boy before Peter Kelly bought it. They always had beef wellington on Saturday nights, Peter now has the dish on... More

I have been coming here for close to 20 years and also highly rated Xavier's in Piermont. Peter Kelly only serves the absolutely the best, freshest and finest foods. Thar's why I was so disappointed with my dinner this evening. I went with a friend and we had the Three Course Summer Dinner featuring Butter Poached Maine Lobster. The heirloom... More

We have been customers of Peter Kelly's restaurants for over 16 years, since he was in Garrison, NY. Tonight we came for the "Cowboy Rib Eye Steak Dinner for two". It was our anniversary and we have celebrated many occasions at these restaurants. We had to ask for bread, the first steak was so tough that we could NOT cut... More

I can say Restaurant X is a welcome additions to Congers, NY. We had a group lunch there so I can witness and tried some of the dishes there. For Appetizers- We had coconut shrimp( good), Wild Mushroom Ravioli ( very good) , Scallops( very good) and for the main dishes, we had Seared Salmon( OK), Linguine Primavera ( good)... More

1.0 star rating 7/16/2015 Peter Kelly, you broke my heart tonight. Every year I look forward to coming up to NY and visiting one of your restaurants. Restaurant X was always spot on--until tonight. Last year Xavier was beyond disappointing......Each time we have gone to celebrate my birthday. Tonight was especially upsetting......and it all could have been avoided if your... More

Chef Kelley was present so he is in charge to be fair. This is about an 18 course brunch, reasonably priced including unlimited Prosecco. I will describe as many dishes as I could remember . Breads were nice. Name brand prosecco. Caesar salad could have been crisper but tasty. Bagel with nova very nice. Tortellini good. Farfelle was not al... More

We went for the cowboy rib-eye special. Food was great. Never had a rib-eye this good. Service was excellent. Great place. A little pricey, but good for a special occasion.
