Very friendly. It's a diner. Expect a big menu, very casual. mostly booths, but they do have tables. Prices were a bit weird. over $4 for a juice. But entire dinners for $22. I recommend sharing a dinner with the option for $6 extra including an extra salad. The portions are ridiculously large. We took home at least 1/2 of... More

At certain times the diner is VERY,VERY busy. I NOTICED MANY BUSINESS LUNCHEONS. I met for lunch with old friends and it was delightful. The food was a plenty and the prices very reasonable. The wait staff very efficient!

I generally enjoy the food here, it's standard NY Diner fare which is what I want in, well, a diner. I often enjoy a nice salad at other area diners and depending on what type of salad they can range from $10-$12. A Cobb salad at Premier will run you $21...it's a salad like anyplace else. During my last visit,... More

Exactly what a New England diner should be. Hot, fast, huge portions. reasonable prices, Plentiful breakfast selection and portion, convenient to major roads and adjacent Hampton Inn. (walk there). Food appears prepared on site. Greek slant on menu but all american dishes offered. Best Chicken noodle soup around.and bakery selection is awesome. very busy and polite staff still have time... I frequent the Premier Diner and have never been disappointed. I was there last night with my wife and had the scrod dinner special. The portion was huge and very flavorful. They are alway consistent with the food prep and service. It's far better and cleaner than the Candlelight Diner. The cost of the food is more pricier than other... More

We had heard a lot about this diner and finally visited. It was during the week, as weekends are extra crowded. I wonder why they get so much hype. The menu is large as are most LI diners. The food was ok but our toast was late (half way done with breakfast) and the waitress looked like she couldn't be... More

I had the chicken pot pie, which was $21 and it was nothing special, and with a price like that it should have been much better. Everyone in our group seemed to feel the same way, the food was ok, but not memorable.

The menu at Premier Diner will take you awhile to read - lots of choices. Was there for dinner - very busy - wait staff rather impatient. Food service was fairly quick - quality was okay - nothing remarkable. Many desserts to choice from - all are fresh - probably (no is) the best part of this restaurant.
