We are overrun with Italian eateries on Long Island. It is not cuisine I seek out or usually like. When going into an Italian place, my first comment is "Strike Two." Any mess ups anywhere sink it on the spot. But, I must admit, this has never happened at Emilio's---ever. Consistently good food every time. I wish they would expand.... More

I too hung out at Emilio's in the 80s when it was under another name. Bottom line, we are in suffolk. Not so much competition if we are to compare quality (not quantity) of pizza establishments on the island. Sicilian is excellent. Their business is still booming. They must be doing something right folks.

The food is pretty good but the wait staff needs some help with manners they are not very accommodating which leaves the place to be less then desired during busy times. The food for the most part is good a little expensive for what is given but good.

Great local pizzeria/restaurant! Love the chopped salad and the pasta dishes! Service is very friendly!

I grew up going to this place and hung out here during my elementary school / junior high school years. I can't even begin to describe how corrupt this establishment is. The employees behind the counter used to hit on all the girls I grew up with (I'm talking about 25-35 year olds hitting on 6th and 7th graders.) They... More

I have been going to Emilio's since the 80s when it was Branchenellis. It was our hangout in high school, so we all have fond memories of this place. Tonight was the worst. The server was awful and the food has gone down hill. There were 12 of us, we all ordered dinner at the same time. 3 meals never... More

Places like Emilio's are impervious to criticism. Nobody comes to Trip Advisor to check out opinions about the local sacred cows. I wonder what this review will accomplish. Compared with other pizzerias in the area, Emilio's is quite average for dining apart from pizza. Though the pizza is likely the best in a 40 mile radius, the food and service... More

On the search for the best pizza in Commack. Honestly been here for dinner 2x and it was alright. I have to say sit down dinner is better than their pizza. Can't understand why this place is so busy? That's it's downfall I guess. If you like your pizza loaded with extra sauce, undercooked, no mozzarella and garlic eat here.... More

My wife and I ate at Emilio's last evening with our 3 grand kids. We had made a reservation but ended up still having to wait. When we were finally seated, we were given 5 drink menus and none for food. It was now close to 7:00 and kids were starving. Waiter finally brought menus and we ordered, than sat,... More

We have been to Emilio's for lunch and enjoyed. The wait for a table was about 45 mins. That was to be expected it was a Friday night. The place was loud and crowed, that was fine. What upset us most were the other patron's and their loud behavior and unruly children. Not just one table but it seemed to... More
