We were in town for training at the NYSDOT building next door and this restaurant is conveniently located to our hotel in the back of the lot. We were able to walk to the restaurant after a long drive into town. Our server Ron had a great smile and was knowledgeable about the food when we asked a couple questions.... More

I really, really wanted to love this place after hearing great things from word of mouth and good reviews online. I do love all the kitschy stuff that blankets the walls, ceilings, and even the bathrooms, and it's fun to find the more ridiculous items that are scattered throughout. My fiancee and both enjoyed the Chianti we had and it... More

Red Sauce was at least satisfactory. I would grade it C+ or B- The Meatballs tasted like hardly seasoned pork and bread crumbs. Service was mediocre. Ambiance is good. Portion sizes are misleading. e.g. Chicken OR Eggplant Parmiagana regular size was $20 a la carte (!) so no pasta or sides. The large size was $35 but had THREE (3)... More

The ambiance was great. Wait was not bad given the fact we went on a weekday. My friends took me and my wife for my birthday treat. We are South Asians (keep this in mind!!). we were a group of 8. we were taken to a table that was meant for 6 and cramped in. 2 chairs were given to... More

I went here with a large group. Not a fan of the family style with such a large group. To much confusion ordering. Food was good. Service was good.

This is a great restaurant and bar. You will need reservations unless you want to eat at the bar. We ate at the bar and it was fine for us. Food is served family style it is perfect for a group. Servings are generous.

I thought I was going to get an Italian meal, when I went here, but arriving with a group of Lutheran clergy opened my eyes to a different way of eating Italian food...they drown you in the atmosphere of being Italian and being Catholic! Were seated in the Pope Room, which it was exactly...a room with a Pope sculpture siting... More

We've been once. The place was nice. Nice Italian decor. The food was ok with huge portions, probably enough to feed the whole table. Very timely. I ordered the chicken Alfredo. It was good but like I said, the portion was HUGE. My husband ordered the lasagna, it was good as well but was a much smaller portion. The staff... More

Food was Ok compare to other italian restaurants like Olive garden, carrabas. Ambience was very authentic. Poor Menu selection and all Entrees are priced and served for minimum two people.
