Forget the fancy steak place in downtown Buffalo. They serve donkey meat. You want a REAL piece of meat, then Kennedy's Cove is the place to go. Fancy tables, no. Atmosphere, yes. Service, good. What can I say about the food, "Oh My God! Oh My God! Oh My God! Oh My God!" They serve one of the best meals... More

Melt in your mouth steak! Be sure to get it "blackened", which is their specialty. Gives the outside an awesome flavor while the inside is kept tender enough to cut with your fork! Clams Casino is a must as an appetizer. Awesome seafood too if you're not in the mood for steak!

I was here with a group of European clients and we had a great meal at KC. Wine list was good and reasonably priced. Steaks were tasty and the service was good. Europeans sure do like steak American style!

I must say that I havent been to this place in a long time. I didnt think in the past the food was that great. Tonights visit was a different story! The nightly special for two ($50) with a bottle of wine was outstanding. Seated promptly with many tables full on a Tuesday evening. Service efficient and food hot, juicy... More

This restaurant is way too small. The food was just ok, I thought it would be better and it's over priced. Won't be back.

I too like other reviewers found this place just ok. The service did make up for the quality of the meal. My steak had a funny taste that I couldnt describe but certainly didnt like. My table mates thought there steaks a bit chewy but without the "funny" taste mine had. Despite this mediocre meal this place is always busy... More

After driving by this place for many many years, and wanting to go there, on my birthday we decided to try Kennedy's Cove for my special day. The place is small but really quite nice looking. The dining area was comfortable with a couple of nice looking aquariums, one in the dining room and one at the bar. The staff... More

I love that this place is very casual, crowded, actually feels like a cove, but serves high end quality steak. I didn't think I would like blackened steak, I was wrong! The artichoke appetizer was so good, the garlic bread was a table favorite. The potatoes were dry but amazing with the sour cream. The sour cream is unique and... More

This restaurant is very small and like a corner bar. Tables are small and cramped. If you are lucky you can sit next to the bathroom door in the dining room. Food is overpriced for the area. $9.00 for two chocolate milks and $14.00 for two bowls of seafood bisque that tasted like it was from a can. Burger was... More

This place is an enigma. It seems that steak houses are returning to the 50s and 60s, with each new establishment seeking to be more gaudy and ostentatious than the last... But not Kennedy's Cove. Eating at Kennedy's Cove is like having a great steak at your parents house or a close friends house, particularly it hey have an 1800... More
