We've stopped for lunch on a Thurs. (wings are 39 cents each) and are delicious! Pretty good menu items. On Mondays they have 1 dozen little neck steamers for $4.95 (delicious! and not "gritty"). We'll be going back on Saturday to check out their Prime Rib special ($11.95) with salad & potato. A definite place to check out if you're... More

I go for the 2 lbs of crab legs for 15.00 on Mondays their special. and I can bring home what I don't finish. not like all you can eat places. what I didn't like is that the waitress wasn't as attentive as she could have been.

So happy we ate at Frank's-the server was very lovely and helpful. Nice pub atmosphere and an unbelievable prime rib special. Came with a very nice salad-homemade dressings. I don't know how they did it for that price-prime rib must have been at least 12 oz. Will stop by again next time I drive through.

Travel constantly for work, eat in restaurant's so much I get sick of it. But Frank's was a great find! Staff was delightful and attentive. My business partner and I each had a different version of the Haddock and it was TERRIFIC!! We really enjoyed it and were hoping we could arrange our business in NY to pass by again... More

Ok, first, remember your reviewing a place in Cicero, NY outside of Syracuse, NY. Enough said right? But let's be honest here, Franks resides on a main drag in Cicero, NY. Recently, we, unknown to others went to Franks on a Thursday night to order food, or just, let's call it, garbage. The bartenders, although attractive, could serve people useless... More

For many years we have been visiting for our Friday night fish. The waitresses --during their hustle on the busy evenings take care of every detail. We enjoy the haddock dinner---We love to visit with Gail and the other waitresses.

The best fried seafood platter in the Syracuse area. Be sure to try the twice baked potato. The service is always great and the food, no mater what you order is always great also.

They are known for their seafood, but their other food is good too. It can get busy during normal dinner hours, but it's worth the wait. It's pricier than a diner, but the food is better.

The two of us waited over 30 minutes for "utica greens" and a haddock dish. The Utica Greens were mushy, greasy, and I couldn't even tell you what was in there- the ingredients floating around in the bowl were unrecognizable. The haddock was OK but not worth the wait, besides fried fish places are a dime a dozen in the... More

This joint has a cozy, neighborhood feel. Great service and good food with some local flair. Try the Hash Brown Haddock for a unique treat.
