First, we did call ahead& ask if our party of 6 needed a res & were told no. So after waiting 20 min to be seated, we're hungry& expectations were high. Epic failure.! The service should have been an indication; had to ask repeatedly for water and napkins. Being a vegetarian, I would have appreciated being told that the rice... More

For my family, every trip to the Adirondacks comes with a visit to OP Frederick's. We were just there this weekend and they were as great as ever. We highly recommend the cedar-plank salmon and shrimp fettuccine, although all the food that we've tried there has been stellar. Their food rivals our favorite restaurant in Manhattan and the service is... More

Wonderful family friendly restaurant conveniently located at the intersection of routes 8 and 9. Try the duck burritos or the cedar plank salmon, both simply delicious. Staff are attentive and children are welcome. If you are in the area it is a must try!

My girlfriend and I were staying at the Alp Horn Motel right next door, and so we decided to try this restaurant out. Both are owned and operated by a very down-to-earth couple, who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay and satisfying dining experience. The restaurant is closed on some weekdays, so be sure to check... More

My wife and I meet a friend there for dinner who lived in the area. The service was great and the staff made it seem like they were happy we chose their restaurant. My wife had the chicken picata which she enjoyed and I had the "special: blackened mahi with pinneapple salsa which I liked.

I've been here a few times and it was always good (not great) but worth going back. Tonite it was awful. Server was nice but ditzy (forgot bread and no silverware on table). Salad was good, bread was a basic roll. Crab cake appetizer was imitation and not very fresh. Dinner was sloppy fettichini with 2 little pieces of broccoli,... More

We've been going to "Op's" for years. They catered my brother's rehearsal dinner. Family dinners here and there. But quality has been lacking recently. Take this weekend for instance, which is the nail in the coffin for us. My husband and I, our two children and my parents went there for dinner on a Saturday night. Service was nothing special,... Very pleased-nice fresh salad with thousand island dressing, rolls- hot and delicious with real butter, then the best surprise-the main course Mediterranean shrimp with pasta. It had green olives, spinach, tomatoes and the spices melded all the flavors into an excellent, delicious meal. Definitely recommend. Other ladies enjoyed their plank salmon and apricot roasted duck!

Is very filling. You can ask for "heat" but perfect the way it is. Also, try the Mediterranean shrimp. I request fettuccini noodles due to olives. Yummy!

Stopped on a Friday evening before an overnight in Keene in October.. Restaurant was not very busy with about 4 tables filled. Dining room atmosphere is country. I ordered O.P.s Fettucine with Ham,Broccoli and Mushrooms with extra Shrimp for $3. Spouse ordered the Rayfield Salad. Dinner came after about 20min. We were expecting larger portions common in country restaurants. Both... More
