ONE OF MY FAVORITES!

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the area!! Cherry Valley is a really cute small town with not very many restaurants but this is definitely the best restaurant I've been to ever. I've been a customer for years and it definitely improved when the new owner/chef Matt bought it a few... read more

This is such a quaint and charming restaurant! We had a birthday dinner for 5 and everyone was pleased with their meal! I had the lobster ravioli which was the best I have ever had! It was not as heavy and rich as some others I've had which was a pleasant change. My husband had the mussels appetizer which had... More

Great service, outstanding daily specials, great prepared fresh food...great DRINK, their version of the mule, delicious! No complaints. WE will be back. Recommended by our Inns keepers in Cooperstown and it was worth the short drive over.

Our first visit but not our last. My husband had the pork special and I had the salmon special. Both were creative and delicious! We asked our waitress to pick the wine she thought would go best with the meals and she was spot on with her choices. It was a little noisy in the dining room but it was... More

We ordered the crab cake appetizers. Delicious! I had the special of Butternut squash and eggplant stuffed ravioli. Delicious. The steak au poive was enjoyed by those with me as well as the haddock and French fried sweet potatoes (which are home made and not frozen). The flourless chocolate torte is to die for. Thanks Rose and Kettle.

Don't be put off by this place form the outside. From the street it looks dingy. Inside, it is quite elegant and stately. The service was exceedingly friendly but a little bit slow. Drinks took a little too long and the food took more than a little bit too long. But it was worth it. The prices are very reasonable... More

After a full day of flying, we were ready for a local meal. We ordered the Meatloaf, Herb roasted chicken and Mushroom ravioli. All were cooked with love. If we had more days, would have loved return and tried other menu items.

UpState New York abounds with nooks and crannies in the form of hamlets and villages and towns having their own special restaurants. One of these is Cherry Valley. There is a working fireplace in the dining room for those chilly evenings. The bar is most inviting......the service welcoming and friendly and good! We had delicious lobster ravioli full of lobster... More

I have never had a bad meal at this establishment. The steaks are always done to your request. The atmosphere is and Antiquated Home that takes you back in time. It is cozy and quaint for and intimate diner with friends and family. Don't expect marbled bathes. The choice of upscaled food, drink and desserts leaves something for everyone to... More

My husband and I have gone here two years in a row for our anniversary. We need to go more often. The food is wonderful. We started out with the shrimp and pork with glass noodles. We like spicey food and this was just right. They also offered an heirloom tomato salad from their garden out back. For dinner we... More
