Relaxed and casual atmosphere. Great Service. Food is tasty. Variety is good espeically when there is a large party with varying tastes.

Fish Friday is excellent - all you can eat and you can have it broiled or baked if you want to cut the calories.

Purchased a Restaurant.com gift certificate. Chose this restaurant because we were flying out of the Buffalo Aiport and it's basically next door. They seemed to be short staffed the day we were there. We got our food but overheard the couple beside us who were there at least 20 minutes before us and still had not received their food. Food... Walked over from the Best Western to have dinner before calling it a night. We first went into the Denny's and some in our group wanted a drink and I wanted Dinner without meat being cooked on the same surface. So we walked just a few more steps and into Max's. So much better. More comfortable seating, service and food.... More

I visited this restaurant while staying at the adjoining Holiday Inn and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was excellent and very efficient, friendly, and accommodating. This large restaurant is warm and comfortable which works well for business travel or a family outing which I have found rare. The prices were very affordable in my opinion even without the coupons that... More

I discovered Max's about a year ago through Restaurant.com. I've been back with the family 5 times. The food is always perfectly cooked and the serving staff is always friendly, attentive and well-versed on the food. It's classic American comfort food for the most part with a very good beer selection. A lot of fried food with healthy options. I... More

After some searching for a restaurant near Buffalo airport we landed at Max's. The Sea Scallops and Shrimp was very good... And the Reuben was probably the best my wife has had in years. Overall no complaints...save room for desert...the Chocolate peanut butter pie was yummy.

Portions were plentiful. I think my mom took home enough roast beef for two more meals. I had left overs for the next day at lunch. Nice atmosphere.

Very convenient if you're staying at the Holiday Inn Int'l Airport or Best Western. Food is decent and the prices are good. Staff was really nice and accomodating.
