Food is okay but the service fell short several times on our dinner visit. Ignored for large periods of time, dirty wine glasses with spots and lip marks replaced with another round of dirty glasses, had to ask for bread, "who ordered the salad?", "keep your dirty silverware", "can't make any changes because the chef gets testy" - need I... My friend and I stopped in around 7:30. We did a wine tasting first, and the girl behind the bar was courteous, friendly, and professional. We then went upstairs to eat. Our waiter was great- he gave us great suggestions. We both had pizza. I had the margherita and my friend had mushroom and they were quite good. We paired... More

We ordered three items in the Bistro: warm pear appetizer/salad, pizza, lox sandwich. The warm pear appetizer was tasteless. The pizza was burnt (so the staff graciously replaced it). The lox sandwich had very little smoked salmon. The staff were all helpful and professional. Separately we had a wine tasting of five New York wines at a cost of $9... More

Every once and awhile we give this spot another chance. And each time we leave saying never again! The service is consistently horrible. The servers are friendly but lack training. They take your order, serve you (after a lengthy time) and then aren't seen again. The food selections are limited. We love the idea of using local foods but some... More

Great variety of foods not offered in most restaurant. My wife and I, along with another couple, had excellent meals with local beverages. Prices are reasonable and, if in the area again, we would return.

We recently toured the Finger Lakes region on bike and stopped for a late mid-afternoon lunch. We were too early for the dinner menu and didn't want to eat a huge meal because we had another 20 miles or so to go before reaching our hotel. It was a beautiful sunny day and while the outdoor seating would have been... More

the menu was not big but the food was excellent. The service was good and we really enjoyed our dinner. The menu has a number of unique items such as goat stew, bison meatloaf and rabbit. will retun to try the exotic items.

Great Food and service with an outstanding wine list featuring the best local wines. We made a reservation for 8 in the outside dining area which was quite pleasant. All our dinners were prepared to perfection. In addition to having a great meal, be sure to stop in the tasting room, our the entire space and take note of the... More

We were on a mystery trip in the Finger Lakes area of New York and found that this was our luncheon stop for the day. What an enjoyable time we had as we were entertained with the Chef making our dessert and then we dined on a fabulous beef, mash potatoes and vegetable dish. The meat was so tender you... More
