We make it a practice of going to Arthur Avenue everytime we visit the NY Botanical Garden where we are members. After our visit to the NYBG Orchid show today we drove to Arthur Ave for shopping and lunch. Tom had played trombone in a religious festival parade here and after that the band ate at Tra Di Noi and... More

Take a break from your shopping in Arthur Ave and treat yourself to lunch at a friendly, family oriented venue. Lunch specials are creative and reasonably priced. There is also a "standard menu" to choose from. Decent wine list. Friendly atmosphere and great service

Meal was fair, staff was very nice and the atmosphere did have a nice family feel about the place, but the menu was lack luster and the actual food was just average. I did go during lunch so maybe the dinner menu is better

My daughter, her boyfriend and I went to Tra di Noi this past Friday and had an outstanding meal. We began with appetizers: Mozzarella Caprese and Clams Oreganate. My daughter ordered Pollo Alla Marco. Her boyfriend had Lasagna Alla Bolognese. I ordered Rigatoni Alla Matricana, which is a red panchetta sauce. I have to add that as expected, since this... More

We went to Mt Carmel for Mass (right across the street) and then early dinner at Tri Di Noi due to the wonderful TA reviews. We weren't disappointed in the quality of the food even though the prices were higher than expected, but the inflexibility of the institutional waitress placed a pall on the otherwise wonderful afternoon. We will return... More

Calamari and lasagna - amazing! But the pasta with garlic and olive oil was too overpowering. Service was great - small restaurant, hostess/owner warm and friendly. Just a lovely atmosphere in a small restaurant with good food. Need to come back when gnocchi is on the menu!

I would say it this restaurant's food is better than a run of the mill Italian restaurant in the US but not as good as Italy. I have seen reviews on other opinion pages that said the service was not good. Our waiter acted like we were bothering him and he would get to us when he got to us.... More

Last week we ate there three times. We were a group of volunteer harness drivers from Yonkers Raceway who gave of our time to lend a helping hand at the Westchester County Food bank. We were thirteen and everyones' meal was super. Marco the chef/owner has a great salad and most of the group started off there or with fried... More

My longtime buddy, "Tony da Mole"-a neighborhood boy, took me to this great Italian restuarant last Thursday for dinner. Truly, it was a great meal. We started with a pasta, Fruits of the Sea (that's my title, it sounded better in Italian). It had mussels, clams, shrimp and scallops with a red sauce; it was delicious. Next we each got... More
