This restaurant must cater to a large tourist clientele that doesn't recognize good Italian food. Went out to dinner here last night and just like everywhere on Arthur Avenue I was very satisfied. The thing that stood out the most was the quality of all their ingredients. I had the veal parm and it was perfectly cooked. Great service, great food and a great atmosphere. more
For years, we've come here after a spring and fall trip to the Bronx Zoo. We never had anything but a great meal and great service. We love this place. I am very surprised by the other so-so reviews. Our waiter was fantastic to our 9-member party (back for Fordham's homecoming) and the food was outstanding - from the veal shank, numerous chicken dishes and pastas. For whatever reason the host seemed almost reluctant to give us a table, which is the only thing keeping me from a 5-star rating. more
I was a member of a group of 12 that visited Pasquale's late on a Saturday afternoon. Our waiter was the rudest waiter I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The food was average. It was well prepared but the menu lacked originality. more
