My husband took me here as a suprise dinner date last Saturday. I had not been to City Island in over 15 years. The food is awesome. We found the restaurant through an internet search and a picture of an entree caught our attention, so we decided to give it a shot... OH MY GOODNESS, this place is awesome. Yes, it's a fave even though it only earns 3 stars. It's largely due to inconsistency. When it's ringing up its A-game, this place at the end of the Bronx's City Island serves some of the best halibut trout, lobsters, and shrimp scampi you'll have the pleasure of tasting.
