New look very comfortable.... I would recommend a friend... I have been their several times. Before and after the storm. The new look is very neat and clean. Most of all I like the new arrangement for the check out. However It would be nice if they would except debit or credit.

I had my 50th birthday dinner here with 40+ family and friends. The service, food and cake were absolutley perfect. We had a prefix menu that included so much food that most of my guests took home a doggie bag. I could not have been happier. My bday was 7/28 and I'm still floating on cloud 9!!

If a lobster dinner would suit your fancy, head to the Lobster House in City Island, a part of the Bronx, that is right off I-95. There is ample valet parking which takes the hassle out of finding a place to park. Your dinner will be accompanied by complimentary hot garlic bread and antipasto. Bring an appetite. You will go... We were a group of 5 sisters, celebrating one sister's birthday. The food was delicious and plentiful. Also great antipasto and hot garlic bread, yum! Even better than the food was the service! Our server, Antonio, made our celebration even more special by his excellent service and friendly personality. He made us feel like family. We all agreed we will... More

Came here for the first time today for a family birthday celebration, my wife's cousin is 70! Well the staff was great! The service was excellent & the food was outstanding! Great appetizers, very tasty salads & antipasto. My lobster tail was great. Everyone had a wonderful time, in fact we still are!

My husband and I went last night. The food: I ordered the snow crab legs, boiled and he ordered the steak. Both meals were delicious and plentiful. We had no room for dessert but we were more than pleased with the meal. The Service: Everyone was friendly. Our waitress was attentive and personable. The manager stopped by to ensure all... More

Once again the Island was calling, warm weather, late afternoon, no better place to enjoy basic seafood. The Lobster House, represents the quintessential City Island restaurant. Not too fancy, not too expensive, and not too complex with the dishes. The fare could be better, but after all, it is what it is. This is a fun place to enjoy a... More

Get there early. We got there at 5:00 pm and the place was empty, ten minutes later you could not find a seat even if you paid for it. Now if you love seafood, then this is the place. Beautifully presented, soft delicate lobster tails or whole lobster. My wife is 5' 4" high and she ate an entire lobster,... More
