Three Strikes - Your Out!

This was my third visit to Aja Noodle and it will have to be my last. The food was hot and the service was good. But the meal was not memorable. I have to say the same thing about my previous two occasions also. I'm afraid the lack of memorability is why I've come back to try again, but this... read more

Really - I loved those dumplings! I usually like dumplings, which is why I ordered them here. But these were just sooooooo tasy - light, fluffy, crunchy, yummy little pockets of goodness. Thank you, Aja Noodle! So glad you were nearby the hotel i was staying in while visiting the area for business. The waitress was quite busy but still... More

The food was hot and tasted fresh, the service was attentive. The meals themselves were just okay, nothing to brag about or impress us enough to come back. I had the spicy basil noodles with tofu and chicken, my wife had the noodles with bean sauce and chicken. The ambiance could be improved--very cold and sterile. Maybe okay for lunch... More

Pros: High quality tasty food for not much money. Reasonable service. Good taste. "Asian Inspired" rather than authentic, but that's OK. Appropriate portion size. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Cons: Noisy, industrial atmosphere. Everything based on noodles or rice so no low-carb options.

The shrimp was not deveined and overcooked, dry & chewy. The Pad Thai was dripping in soy sauce. The Spicy Thai Basil shrimp was dry and the noodles were sticking to each other. The portions were very small. The menus were dirty & sticky. The only good thing was the bathrooms were clean.

I ate at Aja Noodle for lunch today, and was very pleased with the product and the service. Actually, since I was the first one in the restaurant today, I would expect the service to be quick, and it was. I ordered a spicy noodle and shrimp dish that was everything it was advertised to be. Nicely stir-fried shrimp in... More

I used to really like this place. The food was pretty good - good prices - and zippy, friendly service. However, consistently, over the last couple of years, I have been less and less pleased. I think last night's visit might be my last. Mamasan's down the street would be a much better choice. The food is now hit or... More

When looking for a place to have lunch in Brighton, that was within walking distance from an appointment, we happened on Aja Noodle. Upon entering I noticed an open kitchen with no Asians working. Immediately I was doubtful. I ordered the special, Orange Chicken. I have lived in Asia and was expecting the usual, sweet, greasy version of Asian food.... More

You can actually hear the "Wok" sound. Not many restaurant that you can actually hear the "Wok" sound. The price is reasonable and the waitresses are very helpful. After your meal at this restaurant, you can walk to "abbott's frozen custard". It is just a minute away from walking.

What a surprise. A friend told us they love this place and my wife said a co-worker dines there often. Convenient parking, open dining room and kitchen were nice. Our lovey server Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Her Saki parings to our menu selections were spot on. Thank you for a super night out.
