Fab vibe. Hip and yummy spot but you definitely pay for it. Love the mussels. Will definitely go back.

A friend and I came here for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. The French toast was delicious, as was the frisée salad and the French fries. Service was attentive. There is parking behind the restaurant. It was so nice to eat outside on a beautiful summer day. My only complaint was the tables are extremely close together, which makes getting... More

The food is absolutely fantastic, nice choice of dishes featuring seafood, elegantly served. To Pierre's credit, there is more than adequate serving staff and they are attentive without being obtrusive. The gezpacho was fantastic, spicy and delicious. My boulebaize was perfect, friends had steaks that they said were delicious as was the rack of lamb. One issue is that the... More

Always good and fun, Pierre's is a very special place, and Pierre is a very special man. Hampton's + france = Pierre's. Good breakfast too. Go!

....but it's the Hamptons. You shouldn't go to Pierre's if you prefer $24.95 prix fixe dining. The food is well prepared, basic French cuisine. You're paying for the experience of being at an established Hamtpons restaurant that is great for people watching. If you're worried about money, go somewhere else.

Had been eating here a lot until whenever we arrived early for the discount, the staff was just too snooty. Overpriced! Not great food.

Ok the mussels were terrific and my wife's hamburg was great. That being said 14.00 for a house Pinot grigio was wdy over priced. We'll be back but will skip the wine. The key eord here is "Greed"

Pierre's is apparently a neighborhood destination. I was visiting. But, from the unassuming 'facade' of the restaurant, and with a friend's recommendation, we had dinner there. I had Beef Bourguignon as my main dish. Though tender, it was very, very salty. I am truly skeptical of over salted food. This often implies that it is not fresh. It was also... More

Mothers day 2014 around 9pm: we walk into Perrier's restaurant in Bridgehampton. Order wine and the steak tatare. The tatare is presented sort of French I.e assembled in the kitchen but also with extras type onion, capers on the side. We ask for an extra yolk per person and the waiter appears looks at me and says; "We don't do... More
