Elegant and delicious! The food is always top notch and Pierre always comes around to say hello and make sure everything is delicious. He's a class act!

We love coming here because it's handy and we love to people watch. The food is not bad, loved the Parfait for breakfast. Loved sitting outside in the fresh air. The only thing that let's this restaurant down is the service or lack of.

I like their Everyday special, I ordered the steak and had oysters for the appetizer. The oysters were small and not really fresh. I don't like the service because the day was raining and they didn't take care customers well, me and my friends were waiting for the seats while sitting on the sidewalk bench, we were all wet. They... More

Yes, the authentic French-accented English and the rather hurried manner you might expect in France, but nonetheless a good, certainly not great, experience. Probably overpriced $42 for rack of lamb, which was ample and good if not overly interesting, but good basic, w/nice French green beans and a potato side (I ordered pomme frites so had that instead, which were... Our friend (local person) took us there 2 weeks ago to have pastries and in the bakery he asked if we could eat them in the restaurant and they said YES because it is the same owner. They asked if we wanted to add ice cream and we said no just the 4 pastries... We ordered also 2 hot chocolates,... More

One of our go to places in the Hamptons year round. The food is always consistent, and they don't rush you. Just a nice laid back feel overall.

One of the best French bistros in the US, one is never disappointed at Pierre's. The excellent service, genially overseen by Pierre himself, compliments the splendid and authentic French cuisine, including wonderful, warm French bread, the best omelets in North America, and a splendid wine selection. A favorite with locals and visitors alike.

I have been brought here a few times and the only reason I think it survives is that there is not a lot of restaurants to chose. Greater has a bad attitude, arrogant wait staff and the food average but not average prices.

Stunningly beautiful, incredible lighting and ambiance, you feel like you're on the Riviera. Excellent soups, roast chicken, shrimp dishes...but.....very expensive.
