I have been to Pierre many many times and often do not check my check. However the last time- a few weeks ago, a friend and I only had glasses of wine which were $14.00 each- standard fare out here. When the check came I just signed it and then went to the ladies room. At that point I reviewed... More

Stopped at the Pizza Place/Goldberg Bagels on Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton For a quick bite. What a nice surprise! Fresh bagels, great staff ready to make any breakfast or lunch type sandwich you prefer . Also making pizza, various types which smelled outrageous. Our only negative ...we did not take a bag of bagels home.

Went here for a glass of wine after dinner at The American Hotel. The bartender was really nice and let us take it outside since we had our dog with us. We had the sancerre and while it wasn't cheap, it wasn't completely ridiculous. Would like to go back here for dinner.

One of the best omelettes I've eaten. Delicious smoothie, great surroundings and fast service. Lover the all white decor

The Hamptons is expensive during the summer peak season, that is a given. But Pierre's offers mediocre tasting omelets for $26 (more than their steak and fries) and a side order of fries for $14 which was frozen and then fried, not freshly made or hand cut in the restaurant. The owner probably doesn't care because he has a monopoly... More

From the outside, this place looks ideal. We were seated outside and while we were given menus right away, it took almost 15 minutes for someone to take our order. I wanted a glass of wine and had to personally find the waiter after asking numerous wait-staff about his whereabouts. The food was rather substandard considering the cost. The salmon... More

From the gazpacho to the salad nicoise to the lobster fricassaise, the food here is made with such care and attention to detail. The tables out in front are like sitting on the sidewalk in Paris. The waitstaff also French and the food authentic. If you are in the mood for delicious French food this is the place. Went for... More

Ate outside on a Tuesday afternoon. The noise level of cars and trucks is very high. The meal was adequate. Two poach eggs atop a sliver of salmon balanced on a sliver of bread covered with hollandaise. Adequate service. Nothing terribly exceptional at all. Definitely not worth the price.

Almost everything is overpriced in the Hamptons, and that's true at Pierre's as well. We had an enjoyable meal, but it wasn't spectacular. I had a pleasant tomato-mango salad; my husband enjoyed a cream of artichoke soup. My main dish was mussels, in a white wine sauce; OK, but I've had better, much better. My husband enjoyed the clams over... More

Fab vibe. Hip and yummy spot but you definitely pay for it. Love the mussels. Will definitely go back.
