Stopped in on the boat well out on Oneida Lake Good food prices a little on the high side but tasted very fresh.
The food was OK but a few items we ordered were 'not available'. The waitress was rude, short-tempered and clearly annoyed at the world. Drinks arrived very late, we were not given enough silver-ware, appetizer plates or napkins. The waitress didn't clear our appetizer plates before serving our meals. I would recommend the restaurant because the food was decent but... More
Our meal was okay and that's the best thing I can say. Our service was awful. We never got our drinks until halfway through the appetizer.
Stopped by here on way to Oswego, New York to drop off daughter for college. Salmon was exquisite and wonderful appetizers were served, the NEW owners personally came to every table to make sure all was to the patrons satisfaction. Please look into it and list this place. Note to Tripadvisor when you search Dockside Grill in Brewerton, nothing comes... More
Showed up on a beautiful day with a party of 6. On any given day that is a easy $100 check. That being said we were met by a terrible maitre d. Who informed us it was only a 20 to 30 minute wait which was okay. One hour later we were yet to have been seated. long story short... More
My family started on the patio, but came in as it got chilly. The food was good (I had the sesame crusted tuna steak), but the highlight was the friendly, accommodating waitress. She brought anything we asked for, and suggested desert, which we normally don't get. All of it was a fun experience in a cheery place! The windows on... More
Great food, terrible staff. I was waited on by Judy and she was argumentative when SHE got our food wrong. Never going there again.
We had a fair meal here. My wife's meal was very good. My steak was overdone, but passable. The waitress asked twice how I wanted it cooked and still did not get it right. We were there on a Friday for supper - it was very noisy - loud music. Service was good - nice view even though it was... More
90 degrees at home, we met family at Dockside Grill to enjoy riverside dining. Quickly informed three dinners not available in addition to blacked out 5 items on paper menu. Soon found server didn't know how to take bar orders (had to check with absent owner on requests, costs) Requesting Sauvignon Blanc and Ketel One became a catastrophe. Rancid pineapple... More
I was so excited about trying this place, only to be disappointed. Don't come on your boat and just sit at a table, because you will be ignored, but you dont have much of a choice, nobody greets you! The servers are high school kids, or really old scary ladies. They have no clue what theyre doing. The food comes... More
