I stayed at the Sagamore for a week, and dined here twice, once for lunch, and once for dinner. On both occasions, the Pavilion was excellent; delicious food, superior service and beautiful views over Lake George. Lunch was more informal; supper was more sophisticated - on both occasions it was hard to choose from the delicious, mostly but not exclusively... More

My sister and I came to celebrate my engagement and the bartender, Nichole Sutphin, was attentive and friendly. Excellent service!

A very nice variety of foods on the menu. Service was a bit rushed. We had three douses and were done in an hour. Would have enjoyed lingering and taking in the views.

This restaurant is right on the lake. We were there it was the large orange moon just a beautiful evening. The service was fabulous. The fish a little dry that's why not a 5 star. Food was very good.

We returned for our second visit to The Pavilion restaurant. We chose to sit at the bar, as we did the previous season, and were very pleased to have had the same bartender, Nichole Sutphin. She was just as pleasant as we remember, although much busier. We decided to have the tuna poke appetizer, lobster cobb and chicken for our... More

We live only about 20 minutes away but decided to go eat on the water at the sagamore. When you say sagamore to any local they think "wow" expensive. My husband and I had lunch for $42 which was delicious, great fried breading, and well portioned. It just may be one of the most beautiful views and serene. We sat... More

I was thrilled that the risotto was gluten free. No bread for me, just my boyfriend. No dessert options for this diet but I was pretty stuffed anyway. Gorgeous location and happy that the luxurious dining was open to those who could not afford to stay at the hotel. Service by Firat was excellent.

Right on Lake George with spectacular views and great food. We had Halibut, Lobster Bisque and Squash Risotto were all done to perfection. Our waiter, Firat Dumlu, gave us outstanding service with a super pleasant demeanor. All in all, a great evening. Seating host and bartend staff also great.

I went for lunch one day and dinner the next. Lunch was outstanding. The Lobster Cobb salad is amazing and a great value. Server was great too . Dinner was disappointing. Primary server was very good but the ones that delivered the food looked like deer in headlights. The meals were tepid, not hot. In the past we always were... More
