Really good BBQ

After seeing all of the great reviews, we had a delicious dinner here while staying in town. Everything we ordered was really good. I had the fried chicken, which was juicy and cooked just right. My husband enjoyed the pulled pork, and all of the sides we tried were also delicious. Planing to eat... read more

This is a large, two level restaurant with a lot of noise, energy and action in the air. The side dishes are great. Love the beans and other vegetarian options. The BBQ chicken is great. There are options here for non-pork eaters, which I was happy about. Two or three choices of BBQ sauce to squeeze on the side -... More

We decided to try Bailey's again and didn't realize that during the week they often don't the downstairs dining room open. So, we were seated in the bar area. Yes, the BBQ is good, sauces are nice, but the atmosphere just not lend itself to an enjoyable meal. My grilled chicken breast and steamed veggies was great for me to... More

The food here is AMAZING. I've been here many times. I never leave hungry and usually take home leftovers. The mac' n cheese egg rolls are the best. The corn soufflé is also a must. If you go with a group, definitely get the table buster. That way you can taste a variety of things and everyone can pick something... More

We visited Bailey's smokehouse on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. The place was busy yet not packed. Parking lot is huge and there were several areas to park. You can smell the smoke when you get out of your car which is the indicator of true BBQ. The ribs were good, the pulled pork was good, the brisket was... More

We moved to Florida 5 years ago but if we ever get back to NY we always get some real NY pizza. There is nothing comparable and we have had pizza in many states. Bailey's pizza has a very thin crust which folds nicely so you can eat it like a New Yorker. Because it is so thin you can... More

Went here for lunch with my business group. Food was good, hot and abundant. More than enough that each one of us left food on our plates. The stand out for me was the corn souffle. It was amazing and I could have a plate full of it. I had the pulled pork platter and the pork was very tasty.... More

I went to this restaurant with my son and daughter in law. We had been there a year ago and enjoyed the meal very much. This time we shared a plate of chicken wings as a starter. The wings were delicious, slightly smokey and covered in a BBQ sauce that was not too spivey, but lots of flavour. We were... More

My husband and I went there to hear a friend who was performing there. We went there for dinner before his performance. The food was very good and the choices were abundant! So was the beer choices! The corn soufflé was excellent (we had this as a side dish with our ribs and chicken. I would definitely return to this... More

I've tried all the bbq joints in NYC and Bailey's is definitely superior. Friendly atmosphere, great live music but a little loud for date night.
