Great food , great views of binghamton. Staff is friendly and courteous . A must for locals and out of towners . Reasonably priced too.

As a hometown boy I have eaten at the Park Diner since I was a kid. To be honest, the food and atmosphere were much better prior to the post-fire rebuild. Somehow it went from being a great diner to being a so-so restaurant . I had lunch there last week with my young grandson. He liked the view of... More

I ate a workday lunch there with my girlfriend. I had the manhattan clam chowder and a turkey sandwich. No problems or issues with mine though it was nice to see actual turkey rather then processed turkey. My girlfriend had the cream of broccoli soup and the blue cheeseburger. It was a little too much food for her so we... More

This diner's main claim to fame is the beautiful view it offers of the Susquehanna River. Otherwise, it's an okay place to grab breakfast. My banana pancakes were fine, but didn't "wow" me. There syrup comes in to go packets which are placed on the table instead of actual syrup bottles, and frankly don't taste very good. I visited with... More

The grilled haddock dinner special, for under $12, is better than I've enjoyed in seaside restaurants at twice the price! The lemon chicken and Greek spaghetti is also delicious and inexpensive. Breakfasts are likewise delicious, and it's a great place for lunch. The hostess and waitresses' beauty are exceeded only by their friendliness and attentiveness! Owners Chris and Jim insure... The park Diner is a South Side of Binghamton institution. I have eaten there since the 1950's as a child. The view of the Susquehanna River and Rockbottom dam is delightful. The hostess was very welcoming and the servers were very nice and attentive. We had the whole back dining room to ourselves. The menu is very extensive. Among last... More

Ate dinner and breakfast at the diner, Had a great Greek meal for dinner including greek salad ( stuffed grape leave, yummy ) Dinner was worth 5 stars. Next morning we decided to head back for breakfast, the food was good, but not a very big selection for breakfast. Average meal, I ordered a side of bacon soft and it... More

This was our first visit and it won't be our last. Not many places you get a big salad, potatoes, rolls, AND vegetable with your entree. My fried scallops were excellent and I couldn't believe the size of my aunt's baked potato- huge! The prices were so reasonable and I assume that was part of the draw with a waiting... More
