I live about ten minutes from James diner and I seem to find myself leaning her way anytime the question pops,"where should we go for breakfast?". Jane's has great deals, fantastic homemade food, and a variety of daily specials. Definitely not the fanciest of diners but what are you expecting from a small hometown, Greek owned diner in Binghamton, NY?... More

We were on our way to the South when we had car problems and I felt quite ill. Long trip...no food. Called some friends in NY and they suggested Jane's. What a nice way to refresh and eat! Never a dull moment the wait staff is courteous and deserving of the $20.00 tip we left her. Restrooms are old, but... More

We sat down and my father's coffee cup had lipstick stains all over the rim. That's just unacceptable and there were flies all over. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. We left a few dollars for the coffee and left. Just Gross!

Jane's always has a good crowd and I was looking forward to having real good diner food for lunch. It is very attractive and clean inside. My friend and I both ordered marinated chicken sandwiches, hers with onion rings (for $2 extra), mine with fries (for $1.50 extra). I feel that they came out with no plate appeal, the chicken... Such a deal! I met up with a friend in Binghamton, New York, and we were hungry for something cheap and good. We followed the advice on TripAdvisor and made our way to Jane's Diner. Mind you, when I say "made our way" I should emphasize that my friend's "Way" app made our way, because we never would have found... More

The faded tripadvisor sticker surrounded by an abundance of smeared fingerprints on the front door should have been an indicator. Look elsewhere tastebud savvy travelers.

Traveling down from the Thousand Islands region, I made a stopover in Binghamton to meet up with an old friend. Thank you, tripadvisor community, because without you we would never have known about Jane's Diner. Jane's is in an unlikely looking commercial building, so having GPS helped, too. We were both hungry when we arrived, but we weren't when we... More

Miss the place when we are out of town. Food its always fresh and tasty. Price is right. The service is excellent and Jane and George are more than willing to take time for a little chat. Very friendly atmosphere and no one is a stranger after their first trip.
