The food and the portions are superb. Care is given to the presentation so that it is mouthwatering before you even taste the huge portion. I cannot recommend Piccolo's. the tables are too close and the noise level, it is a family oriented restaurant, make it impossible to converse...even with yelling. If you are going with a 3-6 year log...great!... More

We have eaten here many many times and never have a complaint. The food is great, the portions wonderfully big and the taste is great. We always love the way they give you little pizza's and fresh bread and salad before dinner. Price is very reasonable too.

This Irishman has read all the Piccolo reviews. I read the one & two Star “rips.” And concluded you can’t please some of the people ANY of the time. Many years ago I found the book of Kells in Ireland, but am still looking for the Irish cook book, 'tis sad. So since1979 I’ve been,... rather me & the misses... More

On my last visit there, I needed to use the Mens Room. I was horrified that there was a huge cockroach in there. I was absolutely horrified and nauseated. My mother used to say that if you see one there are thousands more that you don't see. I have no intention of ever returning.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for dinner 2 nights ago .The place was packed which was surprising considering that it was a rainy night .This was one of the best dinners I've had in quite some time.

I began going to Piccolos about 20 years ago when I lived in the neighborhood and Tommy's father ran the operation. The menu is extensive and supplemented by creative daily specials. The food is consistently good, ample portions, complementary salad & Sicilian pizza strip appetizers and free soda refills. There seems to be very little turn over in the wait... More

We used to order a very good sicilian pie from them years ago. Decided to try it again last night. First off the pie was cold when I picked it up. Second- it looked like they took 10 random leftover slices and put them in a box. Out of 10 slices only 1 was a corner and only three of... More

I called Piccolo's last week to arrange food for friends who lost their dad. I was so moved by Tom and his crew's help and compassion, Everything was hot and delicious and I know it provided great comfort to my friends. Thank you Tom for going above and beyond, it's wonderful to experience such kindness,

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Piccolo. The food was, as usual, pretty good, but we had one problem. The thing that always tipped the scales in favor of Piccolo over Bellissimo in Amityville and Mulberry Street in Babylon was the included antipasto salad. So where did the antipasto part go? What happened to the salami and other... More
