Great Thai food

Great Thai restaurant in the heart of Queens. If you like spicy or not so spicy Thai food, this is the place to be. Excellent ambience and and friendly staff.

This is our go to family spot for any special occasion. They have a lot of vegetarian options which is a BIG plus. Favorite dishes to order are: Drunken noodles, Basil Veggie Duck and Pineapple fried rice (hold the pineapple). For dessert the fried ice cream is definitely a must try. Will always recommend this place.

My wife made a reservation here for 6:45 on a Sunday evening. When we arrived at 6:55 (because their parking lot was full and we had to find a place on the street to park), we were told the reservation had already been canceled. The manager said nothing was available and would not even put us on a wait list.... More

My Thai guests and I liked the dishes that we ordered. We appreciated the ambience as well. The fact that BKNY's tables were filled with vibrant diners made a statement. Their food is fresh, tasty and presentable. The portions are sufficient and renders the price reasonable. This is a neighborhood restaurant that locals likely frequent, and those who are in... More

This has been the only Thai restaurant I've been going to in Bayside. It may play a part that BKNY is only about 5 minutes from me, but the food is good so I'm glad it's my "go-to" when I'm too lazy to travel to the Elmhurst and Jackson Heights area, where there are an abundance of Thai restaurants. Whether... More

I got to BKNY regularly - the food is the best Thai I've had in NY (Manhattan included); great portions, great prices, great service, great retro atmosphere, easy parking in back, and an added bonus - if you collect miles they're part of the airline dining programs. Try them!

Came here with a group of 3. Luckily we had reservations and right when we entered into the restaurant, we were immediately seated. The decor of this place is lovely. Wide open space with a bar at the center. They also deal with the checks/bills at the center. It's a great date place. If you have a big party, they... More

It's a large restaurant with a parking lot. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We sampled drinks, appetizers, and main courses. All were very fresh and delicious.
