Our Applebee's server Alicia R. may be the very reason we will be back to this particular location...even though it's 45 minutes out of our way. What makes not only the food great, it's really all about the service that is enhances the whole experience. Hats off to Applebee's for employing a great gal!

loved the ribs , Nicholas 10th birthday, they sang to him and he had a hot fudge sundae. we always love applebees.

Stopped in for lunch. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Salads were very good. Atmosphere is typical but nice. Not too many restaurant choices in Batavia...Would definitely recommend and go back.

The service is quite good, but food quality is a different matter. I think you could go to the freezer section of the supermarket and get the same thing. The bar drinks are awesome, though!

Friendly service staff, good food, reasonable, TV's with Hockey to watch while waiting for food. It has a somewhat club-like atmosphere. Nice stop after a long day on the road.
