Most everything in Tucumcari is very old and dated, this restaurant is no exception. However, the food was excellent and the service was great. Very tasty food. Not much to look at from the outside or inside, but we didn't have to spend an "Arm and a Leg" for a great meal.

Where to start, Hot & Sour soup completely inedible, tiny vegetable egg roll they appear to be store bought frozen and my House Special Lo Mein was spaghetti type noodles w 3 shrimp, 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pork slivers. So with tip just under $20 & most of it was dumped out. Save your money and go elsewhere... More

Our usual vegetarian option traveling in rural America is Pizza Hut: "Large Veggie-Lover please." We had arrived rather late and the manager at our motel told us that the local Chinese Restaurant delivered. We've had some pretty bad experiences with small town Asian food but decided to try it. We were quite pleased. We ordered Szechuan Broccoli and General Tso's... More

Had Chinese food from there delivered to my hotel. It took a while to get. It arrived steaming hot which was nice however the eff fu young was burnt and the gravy was like water I asked specifically for silver ware and got no spoons for the soup. The rice was lumpy also. A very disappointing experience

This has to be the worst ever restaurant that I have had the mis-pleasure to eat at. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Firstly there was no atmosphere. No music, just a tv stuck in the corner. We were asked if we wanted drinks, I requested a white wine, they don't serve alcohol. Then we ordered 2 Sprites,... More

Good Cantonese food and plenty of it. Friendly service. Really enjoyed it. Open late. Within walking distance of motels.

This was the least Chinese dining experience we've ever had in our lives. We order Sweet & Sour Chicken and Sweet & Sour Pork but what we got was chicken and pork that appeared to have been dipped in a heavy breading and deep fried. They were then plated with rice, that's it, no sweet & sour sauce, vegetables or... More

Egads, you'd thought I'd learned my lesson eating Chinese food in rural America back east. But, again, hit by temptation and ready to try something different, I made the jump to the dreaded: Small-Town America Chinese Food. I should have known better. The old rule 'never eat Chinese food in small towns' remains true. The Golden Dragon made it 100%.... More
