We heard that there were new owners and were worried that this delightful place might have changed in tone or menu. It's still homey and comfy and wonderful. The menu shows awareness of good nutrition and still offers options or adjustments for vegetarians and vegans. Service is informal, friendly, and efficient. Food is is wholesome, tasty, and well prepared.

This little cafe has a cozy, homelike feel and offers delicious, healthy food. Everything is homemade, using fresh ingredients and is well prepared. Relaxed, friendly breakfast or lunch in the small dining room. We enjoyed omelets with the home fries, which were great with the hint of basil. Don't forget to ask for the fresh Pico de Gallo for the... More

We dropped by for breakfast/lunch late morning on Monday. It was from start to finish a pleasure. Small and quaint (the living room of an old house). We all opted for breakfast dishes: eggs benedict, spinach quiche, and Spanish and cheese omelets. My eggs benedict was one of the best I have ever eaten. Everyone in our party raved about... More

We spent the night in Truth or Consequences on a long road trip. We didn't expect to find much in the way of restaurants. We drove into town and stopped at the White Coyote. Walking in felt like we had walked into somebody's house. There were two large groups of locals having coffee and chatting. We are coffee snobs, and... More

Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast. The coffee is so good too. I was too full for dessert, but everything looked delicious.

Not only was my Quiche absolutely devine I also got to enjoy indulging in homemade apple mince pie when I got home. Reva, the new owner, whom we got to meet did an excellent job! The staff was cheerful, the food was prepared fast and the service was great.

Tiny place, but great food. The scones were outstanding. The pies looked awesome. The service was very friendly. The prices were very fair. Coffee was excellent.

come on in and serve yourself what ever you are drinking then they deliver menus (different!) The food was outstanding and I morphed the menu a bit to make the omelette of my dreams and they did not flinch (love that). Excellent service, rockin hash browns, great bread, very pleased.

Pancakes were good. The red chili wasn't the best Carmen's is way better . If you are in a rush do not go here very very slow. I'm not that impressed overall.

White Coyote Cafe is an excellent choice for breakfast or lunch. Recently new owners have taken over. The menu is the same with added specials everyday. Same great pastries await and quality is still top notch. Atmosphere there is calm and homey. Red enchilladas, new to the menu, are to die for. The red sauce is rich and flavorful.
