The service - the waiter handled the check before being asked - despite several remarks that we were not finished yet

We enjoyed two breakfasts and one dinner there. Food quality was high, well-presented and healthy options were available. Service was good although noticeably slower on the one Labor Day weekend breakfast we had. The table next to us repeatedly, aggressively complained "about everything" and the squeaky wheel got the grease. Later heard they were not charged as well as distracting... More

This is a pretty cool place, but a little hoity-toity for my liking. I ordered the Elk Chop, which was about the size of a melallion and very thin. It was floating in honey. It came with honey-glazed carrots which were WAY undercooked, and bacon infused sweet potatoes with a few roasted potatoes mixed in. Sweet on top of sweet... More

Nice open Southwestern/Tuscan inspired dining room.W e were staying at the El Monte Sagrado and had breakfast & dinner here & were very pleased. We had steaks for dinner that were cooked as specified and priced as expected at any resort restaurant. They do offer an elk chop on the menu that we regret we didn't order as this would... More

I always eat fresh fruit with or for breakfast. The fruit plate at De Le Tierra is fantastic. You actually get a full dinner size plate full of fresh not frozen Fruit. The cost of breakfast was extremely reasonable considering the quality of the fruit served

The restaurant is in the El Monte Sagrado, which is a splendid modern resort. There are several restaurant areas; we dined in an interior room that was decorated in a Southwestern/Victorian style with high-backed, heavy, dark, navy chairs that were smothered in gold tassels - bizarre. The choice of food was good; being fish eaters we started with mussels then... More

Our family of 6 ate here for dinner during our family ski trip. The salmon came out partially raw, vegetables were cold, bison was very tough and grisselly (cooked MR), tuna snd Elk were not surpurb either. The sub-par service was not acceptable. We could not locate our waitress for 10 min and had to go to the bar to... More

We ate from the restaurant menu while sitting in the Anaconda Bar. There usually isn't much you can say about calamari but we will be planning a trip back to El Monte Sagrado as much for the calamari as anything else! And the Green Chili Mac and Cheese - zowie! Loved it. Didn't experience the restaurant - had reservations but... More

We've been waiting over 30 minutes already for a continental breakfast!! So far all we have is coffee and juice. When the food did arrive the English was stone cold. The yogurt and muffins were good. Wait staff are mixed - some are friendly, some are not. Overall a frustrating start to the day.
