The restaurant offered beautiful surroundings and delicious food. Our waiter was very professional. Our dinners were outstanding. I had salmon with risotto and my husband had elk chops with wild rice pilaf. I highly recommend dining in this restaurant. There was nothing we didn't like.

The quality, presentation, environment, and service was outstanding. Jenny was a gem; she was present, handled our special requests, and provided excellent service.

We stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located. I had expected something alot better, considering the quality of the hotel. However, our meal was just average. I had a southwest style Caesar salad and Stir Fried Veggies with Chicken and Thai Peanut sauce-rather bland and my husband had a caprese salad and crab cakes. Nothing to rave about.... More

Atmosphere was beautiful, steaks were great but the service needs more training, wasn't knowledgeable about wines or food.

The service - the waiter handled the check before being asked - despite several remarks that we were not finished yet

We enjoyed two breakfasts and one dinner there. Food quality was high, well-presented and healthy options were available. Service was good although noticeably slower on the one Labor Day weekend breakfast we had. The table next to us repeatedly, aggressively complained "about everything" and the squeaky wheel got the grease. Later heard they were not charged as well as distracting... More

This is a pretty cool place, but a little hoity-toity for my liking. I ordered the Elk Chop, which was about the size of a melallion and very thin. It was floating in honey. It came with honey-glazed carrots which were WAY undercooked, and bacon infused sweet potatoes with a few roasted potatoes mixed in. Sweet on top of sweet... More

Nice open Southwestern/Tuscan inspired dining room.W e were staying at the El Monte Sagrado and had breakfast & dinner here & were very pleased. We had steaks for dinner that were cooked as specified and priced as expected at any resort restaurant. They do offer an elk chop on the menu that we regret we didn't order as this would... More

I always eat fresh fruit with or for breakfast. The fruit plate at De Le Tierra is fantastic. You actually get a full dinner size plate full of fresh not frozen Fruit. The cost of breakfast was extremely reasonable considering the quality of the fruit served
