Went with some friends, had a wonderful meal, he had the shrimp tacos, I had the shrimp fajitas, everything was wonderful!the agape margaritas were very tasty. a day of outdoor activities! I come up to Taos to get some awesome time outside, usually to go on a hike or ski. I never feel like super heavy food afterwards so I get either the fish tacos or shrimp tacos. (Grilled fish in tomato-y sauce or grilled chopped shrimp in similar sauce). They are both great, you can... More

Great Mexican food and good price. I didn't like ordering at the counter in case I wanted anything additional later, but it was really good and recommended by locals.

When you first enter this eatery you may decide that it isn't for you, but what a mistake to think so. They are the kindest people and the food is amazing. The atmosphere reminds me of the taco stands I visited in Juarez, Mexico when I was a child. This is my thirty-one flavors of mexico from the ceviche to... More

They have several items to chose from, I had a chicken quesadilla and it was surprisingly good ,the chicken itself was tasty, very well prepared. I'm not sure what kind of cheese they use but it was good, mushrooms are also added. They had roasted jalapeños wich made my food even better ! Clean place, good food, fast service.

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday afternoon following a strenuous hike, so we were famished. The large chicken burrito did not disappoint. Smothered in green chile, it was delicious. A great place for authentic Mexican food!

We live nearby and eat at this restaurant ALL the time. The fish tacos just cannot be beat. I'm on the Paleo diet, so I sub calabacitas (grilled veggies) for the rice and beans. I still allow myself to eat corn tortillas, though! The horchata (rice milk with Mexican vanilla) is so tasty and refills are only 50 cents. Not... More

This year, when we visited Taos, instead of getting take-out from the Guadalajara Grill, we went out to the restaurant for dinner. The guacamole and chips and the ceviche were nice shared appetizers. I enjoyed my grilled salmon but did not eat the rice on the platter, as it was pretty much tasteless. I don't need a fancy place, but... More

We enjoyed eating here. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but the food is good and reasonably priced. We would go back.

Guadalajara Grill is nothing special. In fact, the atmosphere is dreary and it's dimly lit. The tables and chairs are old and cheap. You walk up to the counter and order very bland, taste-less food. Oh, there is a lot of food on your plate, but it is taste-less and even luke warm. The "margaritas" are "wine" margaritas, which means... More
