My favorite part was the smaller meal choice...and of course the food!

My grandson and I ate here the first day - he loved the corn beef and wouldn't stop talking about it. I went for the cheap ole $%^&& and locals menu and had a smaller portion and it was wonderful. One egg w/beans/green sauce and tortilla, perfect! If they are busy (and they always are) it takes... read more

Taos Diner seems to have a good reputation for a non-touristy meal. We had a little over an hour for lunch, so we stopped in. The place was busy, but there were a few empty tables and no line at the door. After we ordered, it became apparent that they didn’t have enough staff on and they were slammed for... More

Good food, decent prices, weird Taos charm. The burgers here are giant and delicious. The day we visited, though, there was no pie. A diner without pie is truly a sad thing. Service was good, though, and the food didn't disappoint.

Stopped in on recommendation, got the a breakfast burrito or should I say football. Large portions, organic, vegan and gluten free options. Very impressive for a small place with a local non touristy vibe. Great attentive service.

I read a very good review on Taos Diner's hamburgers and decided I had to try one. I ordered the Max Burger which had swiss and american cheeses, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato. It burger was grass fed local beef, and hand formed. The size of the burger was impressive, but the taste was far superior to any I can... More

The Charlie Breakfast Burrito is amazing! The Taos Diner, as always knocks it out of the ball park. Everyone at our table had something different, and all of our plates were fantastic. This is a great locals place that is also welcoming to tourists. You can't go wrong at the Taos Diner (the original or II).

We found this restaurant by reading online reviews. The food is hearty, delicious and there is plenty of it!! My husband & I usually finish our own meals but we were able to split a dish. The waitress was friendly & helpful. We also loved the decor -funky, local vibe. We especially liked the paintings on the wall & alien... More

My wife and I ate breakfast here and it was good. Nothing great, but good solid food. I had the Copper eggs and I enjoyed them. The place was fairly busy, but the wait staff was pretty good and the food came out in a timely manner. We would definitely eat here again. If Michael's kitchen is overflowing, this is... More

We visited the two branches of this restaurant, for lunch and dinner respectively. They have different vibes (I is more earthy-crunchy, and II is a little more punk). Both have delicious, healthy food and a genuinely warm staff.

We just happened to find this place on a very busy Sunday. The food was outstanding and although they were extremely busy, they were attentive and funny! Would go out of our way to eat here again. My only hope is that they come to the Boulder, Co area and open up a diner.
