This is a great lunch spot. Hearty and flavorful food at a really great value. The best part may have been our server who was friendly and out-going - and made great recommendations. The atmosphere is quirky and casual Highly recommend for lunch.

Service was friendly and we really enjoyed the food. Neither my husband or I could finish our breakfasts because there was so much food. Good value, good food and friendly service. Definitely worth another visit.

I understand Julia Roberts often has eaten here. Despite not seeing her (boo hoo!), this little diner is a must eat place when in Taos! We liked it so much, we drove back another day from Santa Fe to eat one more time at his place! They close pretty early...no supper....but it's a great place for breakfast or dinner! Huge... More

Don't let the outside fool you, this is a great place for breakfast or lunch. Friendly staff and great food. From chicken fried steak and eggs with home baked biscuits, to "Christmas" style burritos, they know breakfast. Great local diner!

We dined at the Taos diner three times during our week long stay in Taos. My husband went with our sons for breakfast and we had two lunches there as well. Each meal was delicious. Fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The helpings are generous and the service quick and very helpful.

We were greeted in a friendly, open way that always feels good. We felt right at home. Welcoming atmosphere, the coffee was so good. The eggs benedict was hot, fresh and hit the spot. The service was good. We always got more water and coffee before we ran out. We went there twice in four days, and both visits were... More

Best breakfast burritos on the planet. Have them do "Christmas" style with the chili, so you'll end up with half green and half red. It is outstanding and you won't need to eat lunch

Hubby & I stopped for lunch. He had a half moon burger, & I had tacos. The food was amazing! What was even better, though, was watching the people who came and went. This diner definitely has a local feel -- we felt like the only people in the place who didn't "belong" there. Will go back someday and have... More

Low-key. Authentic. Gluten-free options. What more could you ask for in a Sunday breakfast. Add a sunny outside table and extremely nice and knowledgable waitstaff, and you've got Taos-yumm Nirvana. We will be back. $56 for five of us without tip.

We wouldn't miss a day without at least one meal at Taos Diner. By far the best food, most interesting people watching and really just a good deal. It is always hot fresh and fast. Friendly help and clean bathrooms. What more could you want? Their Mexican/southwestern breakfasts are the best, but prepare to not eat the rest of the... More
