Great to eat where the locals eat.

The service was great. Breakfast always seems to come out faster than lunch and dinner in NM so we were happy that this diner did not disappoint. Basic diner food with a couple of dishes representing the local cuisine. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area.

My wife and I had breakfast at Taos Diner and were pretty much satisfied. The wait staff were all smiles and kept our coffee full. I had the Huevos Rancheros with red chili. The red chili had a very nice home made flavor but lacked a little in spiceyness. My wife had the Denver Scramble and it was good and... More

Generous portion sizes, good food. Fresh baked yummies. But the Home Fries? Oh, those are spectacular. Best fried potatoes I've ever had. Locals suggested this place and I will be back!

Great, inexpensive breakfast with excellent service. My only complaint was the coffee, it was very strong and harsh tasting.

Breakfast in Taos - Most people have heard about Michael's Kitchen, but the locals head to Taos Diner. Classic diner breakfast available along with northern New Mexico accents. Very casual inside. Food is consistently good and portions are filling. My 13 year-olds always find something they like and we bring visitors in all the time.

Always reliable, homemade, and tasty! Great breakfast selection, over the top omlettes, also great lunch menu. I always recommend the Diner and Diner II!

The decor is diner, the ambience local and the food is killer. The salads are enormous and flavorful and the burger I had was perfect. Gets my vote when in Taos for lunch!

While visiting Taos for a week this summer with my husband and two sons that are in their 20's, we enjoyed breakfast at the Taos Diner twice. They have a really nice variety of breakfast choices and we all loved our breakfasts and we all had something different. The food was fresh and served hot and it was so good,... More

Such a large, fresh and well cooked burrito never existed. No alcohol in this simple place , but good food aplenty, a eat with locals. Very cheap price. Good place
