This place has an EXTENSIVE breakfast menu, and was fantastic! I had the spanish omelette with both red & green chile, and it was SO good! The has browns are fresh potatoes and were wonderful. Hubby had biscuits and gravy with sausage with eggs and hashbrowns, and he was a happy camper too. Service was quick and friendly, we will... More

My friends and I went here at prime brunch time on a Sunday morning to celebrate a birthday. The place was packed. Every table was full and the line of people waiting to be seated was out the door. After about a 10 minute wait, we were told we could be seated...at the counter. Five people sitting in a row... More

Open all day and evenings Fri-Sun; full menu is served all day. Great range of cuisine: steaks, seafood, New Mexican food. Breakfast & Lunch Mon-Thur. Bakery is intense temptation!

This place was recommended for breakfast and it was fabulous. It was obviously a popular place as it was crowded but the waitstaff were on the ball and very attentive.

My wife as a child used to go to Michael's when it was more of a bakery than an institution, and I've been going there since I was introduced to Taos in the 1980s. Michael's is an institution, but not one that stands on its laurels. The sopapillas are to die for, and the New Mexican dishes are superb; the... More

Our friendly Worldmark concierge recommended this restaurant for breakfast, and my 18-year-old son and I were thrilled with our choice. We both had huge, beautiful veggie omelettes with fresh vegetables (including lots of wonderful sliced avocado). Servers have personality: they are pleasant and professional, and also a bit playful, which was very nice. We only stayed in Taos three days,... More

We were a party of our for lunch. The place was very busy.We expected things to be slow but the service was impeccable as the staff appear to work together admirably. We had four different meals and they were all very good.We are disappointed we will not be back for breakfast as countless people have told us this place is great.

Went for dinner for the first time, and going forward will only consider for breakfast. They do not serve beer or wine, and the quality of the mexican dishes was just average at best. For example, the rice was mushy, and the chicken was not chunks but just bits.

My favorite breakfast place!! Portions are huge, so it is entirely possible to share...but you probably won't want to! Blue corn pancakes with pine nuts, the banana nut pancakes, huevos rancheros. Plus, don't forget to grab some pastries from the bakery! Lunch is just as great...you must eat here SEVERAL times!

Very quaint little place. Went because I heard the blue corn pancakes with pine nuts were awesome. Ended up wanting a little more and ordered the Huervos rancheros instead. Never in a million years would I have thought this mix with green chili would work. Boy, it did! I ordered some tortillas with honey as a side to cut the... More
