Good beer, good food, good time

I ate at Eske's Brew Pub whille on vacation here in Taos and had a nice time. I sat at the bar, being a single, and enjoyed a beer from their selection of brewed beers. My wife and I arrived in Taos just in time for the annual Taos Fiesta Weekend. Big crowds and lots of live music and places to go and see magnificent Art. Of course there was not many places to park close to the town plaza where most of the action was. I saw an alley with a small sign that... More

Try the Green chile beer here. You may not be able to drink more than one, but I found it refreshing and different. Not at all spicy, just a hint of chile spice. The food here is clearly FRESH and Homemade. Nothing we ate tasted processed or frozen. Great food! There is an outdoor seating area and ping pong table... More

First let me say first the wait staff are Outstanding know their beers and very helpful and friendly. Good selection of beers including their own. Have a large outdoors picnic area which with Taos usually great weather works well -- two large shade tree help. Good light food - definitely worth a try.

A breath of fresh air, literally with outdoor seating, in the busy and often crowded downtown Taos, this was a great find. Plenty of outside tables with a ping pong table and hula hoops to boot! Tucked away just off main street. Very friendly staff and bartender, tried the local brew on tap, which hit the spot. We only had... More

Just a really nice place to enjoy some great beer and good food. Eske's is tucked back off the main drag and you can really relax.

There is a rumor of new ownership of Eskes! Already you can taste a difference in the beer. This can only be a positive, as the new owners are both beer geeks, and smart businessmen!

There are not a whole lot of food options here as far as dinner goes, but the green chile stew was good and the salad dressing tasted homemade. We would definitely go back!
