Description: The is a new restaurant which replaced Ogilivie's right on the Plaza in Taos. It is a casual restaurant, with a mune that reflect it's SM location, though is by no means "Mexican" completely. WE had a combinations of startes and salads, all of which are excellent; The Bison Sliders were supurb. The balcony overlooking the Plaza is a wonderful place to watch the activity in the Plaza - the only outdoor eating on the Plaza. They have a full bar, and excellent staff who are all very jazzed about being part of this new venture. It is a definite place for a simple but interesting meal.

We had just driven into Taos and wanted to grab a bite for lunch. Good location on the plaza but the food wasn't something to get excited about - just average. Thought the house wine by the glass was overpriced. Our server was quite attentive and pleasant.

I took launch with my family first week of January 2015, the place is nice and clean, the food was really good and they have great service. I recommend the place for a casual launch or dinner.

Food was better than average. Service so so. But convenient to the Taos Plaza. Best to call ahead. The cuisine is varied. Anyone should be able to find something they like

This place is cool. Great original cocktails. Diverse menu. Friendly people, except for the waitress running food who kept getting blocked by people standing in the waiting area. She was a bit impatient, understandably so. What a silly layout! Still food was good. Solid service. Go to again! Happy New Year!

Although we didn't have a full meal (just an appetizer), it was super yummy (gravy, cheesy fries - don't remember the name). The drinks were perfect (had a couple different cocktails). And the staff was really friendly. We sat at the bar area. We were only in Taos for two nights and were tempted to go back.

The service was horrible. Wait staff forgot to place order for our appetizer and drinks. Lunch order was incorrect as well. The manager was unavailable and the only accommodation offered was a free dessert. Would not recommend this establishment at all.

We enjoyed a late dinner at Gorge earlier this week. We decided to sit at the bar so we could oversee the plaza all lit up. The bartender was very helpful from wine to food - her suggestions were spot on! They offered some really nice wines at very reasonable prices. We shared the chicken enchiladas and they were really... More

When your walking around within the plaza, your finding yourself hungry or thirsty then please treat yourself to the Gorge Bar and Grill. Tasty burgers to anything else on the menu. Reasonably priced for being in the plaza and has a great view from the outdoor balcony. The place to go for any function (family, business, personal, or parties) and... More

Great calamari, tomato bisque, and green chile stew. Staying in Taos for the holidays and The Gorge Bar & Grill was a nice treat.
