Great farm to table restaurant. If you get Skyler as your waitress, you are in great hands. A bit ironic that is a farm to table restaurant, but the place does not offer New Mexico wines. No credit cards accepted, cash or check only, so, be prepared!

As restaurants go this one is a jewel. It's reflective of the owners values, personality and yet its so inviting that its appeal is broad. The menu was interesting, the food was even better. The ambience was definitely romantic yet not formal, but simple and classy. The service was truly inspired. As an restaurant owner and customer you cannot ask... More

The Love Apple is one of the most beautiful and romantic restaurants I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I had dinner there during our Taos trip and it was perfection. The decor of the converted church was perfect and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed the bruschetta and cornbread (amazing!) and then the duck and antelope steak. Please do... More

I ate at Love Apple twice. It is an organic restaurant with amazing twists on NM and American food. The corn muffins, especially the blue corn ones, and their accompanying butters are unforgettable as is the rest of the items to choose from on the menu.

I visit Taos once or twice a year, and though some activities vary, I'm always sure to visit the Love Apple. It is consistently among the best restaurants in Taos with delicious food and excellent, attentive service. And the space is beautiful, an old adobe chapel with dark hardwood accents and candlelight at night. Food is inventive American and New... More

This restaurant was recommended by the staff at Hacienda del Sol. We were very happy we followed their recommendation. They also got us reservations which is recommended. The food was fantastic. One of our group is a vegetarian. The menu offered her several good choices all around. The restaurant is in an older building, I believe an old church. They... More

Housed in a former Church, this Farm-to-Table restaurant offers exceptional food in a truly beautiful setting. We came here as a Birthday / Anniversary celebration and sat at the former alter. From light salads and outrageously delicious bacon wrapped dates to start to a variety of duck, trout and tacos our party of 8 left with very happy bellys. We... More

We visit Taos almost every summer, but this was our first time at the Love Apple. It won't be our last. This restaurant is at the upper end of the price range for Taos dining, so save it for a special occasion. My wife, her sister, and I made reservations (recommended) and had our table waiting when we arrived. The... More

The food was excellent, well prepared and hot. Service was also superb, including for a single woman. There were families present, couples, parties, and most every arrangement of people. They do not take credit or debit cards, but did accept a nearly local check.

Farm to table dining is terrific, especially if you're a foodie. I guess we're foodies, and my wife and her girlfriends really enjoy farm-to-table restaurants. At the Love Apple they really do it right. Except... for the husbands who really just want to enjoy a cesar salad, a rib eye, steak fries, and a devastating Cabernet Sauvignon. I guess I... More
