It's a charming spot -- a cozy bunch of tables in an old church. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. You'll enjoy the experience! But first, some advice: make reservations because there aren't that many tables and you might not get a seat if you just walk in. Take plenty of cash to pay. They don't take... More

I was walking around earlier in the day and i passed by this place and it look sort of deserted, not sure if it was open for business or not. In the evening we decided to talk a walk around and se what we could find and we ended up at here, and so happy that we did. We were... More

Everything about The Love Apple is simply charming. The sweet old former Catholic chapel--with very little done to update it--has a warm, comfortable feeling about it. The service isn't pretentiously grand--just staff who are there to make your dining experience comfortable and good. The food is simple, with nice innovative mixtures of tastes. This was an exquisite dining experience---simple and... More

This is "fine dining" Taos style! From the clean interior to the servers to the excellent cuisine, I cannot say enough about our positive experience at the Love Apple. Their menu changes with the availability of fresh, local ingredients. The servings were generous and the dishes were unique and creative. Enjoy a meal here if it's the last thing you... More

Loved the intimate atmosphere and personal service. We had the fig appetizer. Yummy. The trout and elk entrees were amazing.

Don't know where to begin or end--the best, most perfect dining experience we can remember. Ambiance, decor, staff, the food, all truly lovely.

Just six years old, the menu here is reliably imaginative, the food excellent, the service impeccable. And it is hard to beat the ambiance in this small former chapel, with its white walls and candlelight. The prices are reasonable for such good food and service; helping to keep the prices down are the absence of tablecloths and cloth napkins. A... More

We had read the reviews for the Love Apple and went to celebrate our anniversary. The restaurant itself is very attractive - a really lovely conversion of an old church. There are candles and fairy lights which look beautiful. From other reviews we were expecting very good high quality food - we were disappointed with how average our meals were.... More

Loved everything about this charming little church converted to a organic gourmet restaurant, not the least of which was the very yummy food and the excellent service. Romantic (with candlelight and white curtains), yet welcoming (a family group was celebrating a birthday). Had the excellent apple and onion quesadillas as starter, wonderful venison special for entree and apple walnut crisp... More
