Housed in a former Church, this Farm-to-Table restaurant offers exceptional food in a truly beautiful setting. We came here as a Birthday / Anniversary celebration and sat at the former alter. From light salads and outrageously delicious bacon wrapped dates to start to a variety of duck, trout and tacos our party of 8 left with very happy bellys. We... More

We visit Taos almost every summer, but this was our first time at the Love Apple. It won't be our last. This restaurant is at the upper end of the price range for Taos dining, so save it for a special occasion. My wife, her sister, and I made reservations (recommended) and had our table waiting when we arrived. The... More

The food was excellent, well prepared and hot. Service was also superb, including for a single woman. There were families present, couples, parties, and most every arrangement of people. They do not take credit or debit cards, but did accept a nearly local check.

Farm to table dining is terrific, especially if you're a foodie. I guess we're foodies, and my wife and her girlfriends really enjoy farm-to-table restaurants. At the Love Apple they really do it right. Except... for the husbands who really just want to enjoy a cesar salad, a rib eye, steak fries, and a devastating Cabernet Sauvignon. I guess I... More

We were walking around looking for a dinner spot. Stopped at The Love Apple....what a find. They are open 5 PM to 9:30 PM..7 days a week. The kitchen is right on the money and the staff very well trained. We will be returning. ...

I ate at the Love Apple in Taos a year ago last spring and eager to go again but ate there this July and was very disappointed in the food and the the ambiance. I don't know if they have a new chef, owners, or what but the food was very mediocre. I ordered the trout wrapped in corn husks... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at The Love Apple! The setting was a historic chapel that has been repurposed. Seating both inside and out (we liked the romantic inside seating). Our meals were trout grilled on a corn husk and duck breast (with duck fat fried potatoes and turnips). Yellow and blue corn muffins were a particular treat. Cherry cobbler... More

Attractive venue in Taos with an emphasis on local ingredients. Reasonably priced in relation to quality but bring cash, they don't accept credit cards. We enjoyed a duck and chicken mains. Both were good, attractively plated and accompanied by good service. Worth a visit.

This place is a joke, horrible service, u couldn't pick a worse restaurant if you tried, bad food, pretentious staff, the part where u wait to be seated is like your walking into someone's kitchen unannounced, can you Believe they don't have credit facilities? Makes me question the business they are operating, I don't need to be judged and spoken... More

This adorable restaurant was formerly a church. The food was good and the environment slightly formal. We went there to celebrate a special occasion and I'm looking forward to returning
