Passing through Taos, we used Trip Advisor reviews to make our decision to eat here and were disappointed. Service was slow; felt like an hour and a half was too long for burgers. Corner booth we chose felt ignored (only asked twice if our table was okay). Husband did not care for the bathroom layout. Had a problem with our... More

We stopped in after a long day of sight-seeing (12 hours' worth). I'm picky about burgers-I don't like them more than medium-but they really got it right! I had the 5-Star burger, done perfectly medium rare. My husband had the Taos Burger, which he couldn't stop raving about. The service is quick and friendly! Definitely recommend the Sangria!

This was our first trip to Taos. We had both wanted to visit for many years. I read TA reviews on the way into town and decided to give 5 Star Burgers a try. I had heard of New Mexico's green chile burgers and 5 Star offers a version ($10). I ordered that and Hubby wanted the 5 Star Burger... More

I overheard some people discussing Five Star Burgers while at a B & B near Taos. After a long day hiking Wheeler Peak, a burger and a brew sounded good, so I went and checked it out. I came in during their final hour before closing and there was some miscommunication that led to some slow service, at least at... More

Bison, beef, tuna, or vegetarian. Potato or sweet potato fries that are thin-sliced, a little bit crispy, but mostly, filling. Asian salad is very tasty. Save room for a single scoop of ice cream. Called a "shooter" they are only $1. Patio or inside, it's just great!! Quick service, consistently great food for the money. Lots of parking, easy in... More

Loved the huge homemade burgers! Also tried fried strips of chili, and a breaded chili on the burger. Delicious! Great homemade lemonade, onion rings.

Arrived mid afternoon for business, didn't want to drive downtown. Stopped here for late lunch/early dinner and we were pleased with the burgers, beer and service. Fries and fried green chiles not so much. Green chile cheeseburger was excellent as was the green chile buffalo burger. Loved the bun and the green chile mayo. Fries were typical frozen tasting and... More

Great, great, organic beef bugers, and other foods. The fries are very good, but they do offer other sides. They serve wine and beer, and do have a very good Sangria. Our chocolate lava cake was wonderful. Good place to eat!
