Happy Hour Sliders and Beer-Good Price and Excellent Eats

Happy hour is from 4 to 6 during the week. They have specials on sliders and draft New Mexico craft beers. The sliders are larger than White Castle and are filling. The wait staff are friendly and well informed about the Taos area.

We decided to eat here because they serve hormone/antibiotic free beef. I call it meat from “happy” cows. The burgers were large and served with lettuce/tomato/onion/pickles on the side. We got the Old Timers burger, the burger with crispy green chilies, and the burger with bacon. We enjoyed them all, but I highly recommend the burger with crispy green chilies... More

THICK, juicy burgers, cooked the way you like. My medium rare was exactly that. Perfect! It made for a messy meal, but we enjoyed our burgers. We ordered the GBB (gouda, bacon, barbecue burger) and the green chile burger. Both came with a side of yummy chipotle mayo, tomatoes, pickles, onion, and lettuce. The green chile was lightly breaded and... More

My husband and I had Green chili cheese burger and 5 star burger. We really liked them, but we had to order fries separately because burgers come as a single item. It was a little bit pricey for a burger place.

Hi mg152015, Glad you enjoyed the burgers. We understand. Not everyone likes ordering fries ala carte, but then again not everyone wants fries. But we do appreciate you giving us your opinion. Thanks! More

The food is good, I liked the green chili cheese burger. But, everything is ala carte, You have to order fries or onion rings or anything else separately. And the prices are steep considering you have to order a side of french fries or whatever. A friend and I started splitting a burger and ordered fries to help keep the... More

Ordered the 5 star burger med rare. Greasy, dripping, poor meat with high content of fat. Small amount of condiments and had to order more. Ala Carte menu in a burger joint? Fries were extra above the $10.50 burger. Ordered regular fries and got the large order at $3 which makes the whole burger at $13.50 which is WAY out... More

Friendly staff who treated us well. Quality not as awesome as previous visits, due to all our burgers were over cooked that night. It could be a fluke. Generally when we visit, the place is excellent but we are vacationers who only visit once a year. The Staff treated us right and gave a discount for the burgers. Honestly, they... More

The burgers were good. Now that that's out of the way I can't say really anything else good about the place. My family was seated near the back of the restaurant where there was a side exit door from the kitchen and a door leading to the bathrooms nearby. There was constant traffic in and out of those doors by... More
