The breakfast burritos, green chile cheese fries, and fajitas are awesome. The soups are good too. The setting is not modern and sometimes the smoke can be a little strong, but that's just part of the experience. A must eat when I am in Socorro. more

but then again, that's an insult to Middle School lunches. Let me sum it up w/ this - if the cook does anything more than open a can or the freezer door to prepare your meal, I'd be shocked (in other words, nothing is homemade). The Mexican food on the menu doesn't resemble any Mexican food I've ever had in... more

This place is an old 50s-60s diner right in the middle of Socorro, across the street from Walmart. They have funky 70s decor, big booths, and cater to locals and NMT students. Open 24-hours with internet connection in the back seating area. The food is typical diner food, fries, burgers, some NM dishes that are just ok, sandwiches, fajitas, etc.... more

i love their green chile cheese fries! my husband loves the chef special burger,it comes on a bun but is smothered with cheese and chile! the price is ok. more

It's the best place to go in Socorro, especially after 9 pm. Green chili potato soup is Sundays, it's great. more
