You could do worse.

It's a diner with diner food. It will fill your belly but probably not your memory with an outstanding dining experience. Wife liked the fried chicken and my chicken fried steak was acceptable. The mashed potatoes were real and not the potato buds mix. It was ok but I would probably try... read more

Driving through and stopped for a bite to eat. The food was good but the service was outstanding. Thank you for a pleasant lunch!

It's a diner with diner food. It will fill your belly but probably not your memory with an outstanding dining experience. Wife liked the fried chicken and my chicken fried steak was acceptable. The mashed potatoes were real and not the potato buds mix. It was ok but I would probably try somewhere else next time.

This is just a nice diner with good food and some Route 66 memorabilia. Nothing fancy but good food.

Looked for a quick stop off if I-40 and drove into here. Sat right down on a Wednesday at lunch. Service was prompt and friendly. Family had a couple different burgers, I had the bean burrito. All of it was ok but not anything to write home about. Had to try the place out since it had been here a... More

Located nestled into the truck stop. A good opportunity to get some good food. Service was a little slow and there were crickets moving around on the tables and elsewhere in the restaurant. Locals appeared to frequent this place as the waitress knew what the customer was going to order when they arrived.

The food was very nice but it appeared to be just one lady trying to run the whole restaurant and it was busy. Restaurant is nicely decorated in '60 style - black and white tiled floors and red booths.

Service was good as was the food. Between the 4 of us we had the biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito and an omelette. All well prepared and served hot. We would eat here again.

We were lucky, our room was not ready at a motel down the street so we had nothing better to do than wait for one hour to get our food. BUT, it was good! This is a Mom and Pop operation and has been for a long time. Good music from the 1960, (60's on 6).

Not sure what's going on. Cook quit? Only serving breakfast or sandwiches at 1 p.m. People left. Not much choice in this town. One place closed for renovation. Several just plain boarded up. Took forever to bring us water which came after the hot salsa & chips. Weird. Chicken & taco salads both small for 8.25/8.50. My salad swimming in... More

Very clean, but poorly staffed, and very busy. I was expecting a New Mexico flavor but could have opened a can of wolf brand chili at home to get the same taste. Prices were cheap but flavor wasn't what I expected for NM huevos.
