We enjoy eating outback in the covered enclosed patio. It is quieter - just need to swat at flies occasionally. Delicious guacamole! Good size servings. Chips were a bit greasy this trip, but still delicious. Food was good. Parking can be a pain. Scattered parking available behind the restaurant. We went late afternoon on a Friday and crowds were already... More

Ate here with my family. It's very large, and apparently pretty popular. The food was "decent" but nothing to write home about. I've had better, but I've also had worse. Server was polite and helpful. There was a bit of a wait when we went for dinner, so be prepared.

Bland. The food isn't bad. It's just not got any zing. The service is average at best. This place does alot of business so maybe it's just me. I've given it several chances and can't seem to get anything beyond plain. For the money give me Lucy's. Less expensive, tastier, and more authentic.

We visit Casa Blanca every year at some point during our annual summer trips to Ruidoso. We visited this week and were celebrating a family birthday. The service was the slowest that it has ever been. It took almost 30 min to receive our drinks from the bar- but the Pink Cadillacs were worth the wait. The green chicken enchiladas... More

I have eaten here quite a few times over 20 years and it is always wonderful! Great food, great variety, great service (even placing their super-hot plates on a charger plate so you can handle them), reasonably priced, and great atmosphere. Be sure you save room for the always-perfect sopapillas with honey.

Ate here on our annual visit to Ruidoso, but the food was lacking in flavor and quality. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. In the past we have thought the food was much better.

We love to eat here when visiting Ruidoso! We had reservations for 8 people in our party this occasion. We had the nicest waitress who really took care of us on a busy Friday evening in a small private room. Think her last name was Blue but can't remember her first name. I really enjoy that I can order a... More

Great food! Wonderful quality & atmosphere! If you only have time to eat out one time while visiting Ruidoso go to Casa Blanca. The portions are generous and the quality is unmatched in town. Just an over all great experience!

Great service with a smile, more than makes up for what I would say is average Tex-Mex food that's a little overpriced for what you get. It's not quite athentic New Mexico cuisine if that's what you are after. It seems to be the place where the 'well-to-do' people from the Southern states go. Casual attire, nothing fancy. The front... We had an early dinner...my wife had the Casa Combo. The pepper in the chile rellano was a bit tough, but the beef enchilada was good. They gave a lot of cheese, so if your a cheese lover. I had the habanero chicken fajitas. Good portion size, tender chicken and the habanero peppers added just the right kick. Waitress was... More
