Went here for dinner and enjoyed it very much! The restaurant has a really fun atmosphere and has windows in the back where you can look out and see the mountain on which it sits. The food is good, and green chili was very tasty. Staff was pleasant. Will return!

Great food and atmosphere. Service was great both times. The Casa Blanca burrito was just like I remembered. The warm tostadas were excellent

Hum.... Average, but great salsa and the best green strip fried peppers! I wish they would have served the peppers with something other than bottled ranch! Epic fail! The salsa had an interesting twist with hatch peppers! Very good! I had a Casa salad too many tortilla strips..... And .... Cooking 101! Trim your chicken before grilling! Posole was just... More

After living in southern New Mexico for the past 6 years, I am pleased to find Casa Blanca. They have the usual Mexican/Tex-Mex fare, but the difference from the rest of the places on the region is that it's actually really good! The portions are huge and flavorful. Do try the fried green chili strips! Wish I would have discovered... More

The whole experience was fantastic. The bartenders, the food and the waitstaff were the best in Ruidoso. Our waitress Liz was the great. Will be back soon!

We had a party of seven, the wait was 45 minutes, so we headed down to the bar. The bar is a nice size, lots of tables, a fireplace, great bartenders, chips and salsa. Perfect way to pass 45 minutes. The food is delicious, the service is perfect and the drinks are yummy!! Perfect place to relax with family and/or... More

Perched hillside in this resort town, Casa Blanca doesn't blow diners away but it doesn't disappoint, either. In the mood for just plain good ol' Tex-Mex fare, you should find what you're looking for here. The atmosphere is fun but a little cramped. The service is adequate and the food is tasty. There's a bar downstairs that fits the bill.... More

This Mexican restaurant tries to make up for its poor quality of food with a large dining area and decent service. Beside the margaritas, there's not much here to enjoy.

We look forward to eating at Jorge's every time we're in the area. This trip we stayed near Casa Blanca so we tried it late afternoon Tuesday. Note that the first door you see is the bar; the restaurant is up the stairs. The bartender said she would serve us since it was slow, and pointed to the chips &... More

We were expecting New Mexico style Mexican food but it was really no different than Tex-Mex. The salsa was really good and the chips were thin and crispy. Worth the visit anyway.
