Had the taco salad for lunch. Hamburger meat and no beans was a different recipe than I am used to. Cornbread muffin was good but it's hard to mess that up. Food and service deserve a "B" overall and prices are reasonable.

I came after reading the good reviews hoping to find a local spot. One the breakfast is not all day. So I tried the chicken fired steak meal. The chicken was fried to hard the gravey taste like flour and by the time I got down the road I was sick to my stomach. The waitress are super friendly though... More

This is a great place to eat. It is not swanky or fancy, but the food is awesome. It reminds of the statement on City Slickers. The food is hot brown and good.

I was probably expecting too much, BUT if sign outside brags about HOME made pies, and they serve you a pie that is cold and days old and clearly mass produced...well then you are not getting what you were expecting. The burgers were good...but not hand pressed fresh ground beef that they claim to be. Fries were not hand cut,... More

I ate breakfast here, and had the Huevos Rancheros. i liked it very well. Not extremely fancy decor, and not a very large place. But the food was excellent. And the service was good also. It seemed to be a popular place for locals to eat, of which I am now one. I would recommend it. I am likely to... More

If you are looking for very good food but don't care about the atmosphere, this is the place. The restaurant is an old fasioned dinner with booths and a counter. Both our meals were exactly what we were liking for. The place was full and we had to wait for a table; that tells you something right there.

We stopped here because it was highly rated on Trip Advisor. The food was good but pretty plain Jane menu selections. The biscuits were nice and light and tasty.

I visited here after asking at the desk of the UFO museum for some local lunch options other than fast food. It looks a little weird from the outside and inside they have a pile of dollar bills all taped to the walls and ceiling. The story is they donate them to a worthy cause when the tape softens and... Great Breakfast and Lunch! Their Catfish special is so good, and all the fresh pies are great, pecan is the best! Friendly and welcoming!

I went here for breakfast. Order coffee, tasted like burnt water. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros. Not a good choice. The over easy eggs I ordered were rock hard and the sauce was terrible. The beans had absolutely no flavor at all. Hash browns were burnt. The tortilla was nuked in the microwave and soggy and doughy. I can't believe... More
