Charming!! And great bacon...

Love this place! The hours are limited so if it's open, GO! All homemade food - charming ambiance and food that will fuel you. Hands down the best bacon I've had - and the green chile burger is a must-have!

Great breakfast stop! The chicken fried steak and eggs (It's called Hen something on the menu) is delicious! And the perfect portion size too. This was our first stop on a long trip from North TX to Tempe, AZ; couldn't have chosen a better spot!

What a gr4eat place for a great breakfast. When I visited it was packed to the door but no waiting and the serving staff kept smiling and pouring coffee. Really good feed store and western tack and clothing store just across the road.

Nothing fancy about the Cowboy Cafe, just good food, good service and good prices. People were friendly at this rustic diner. You can tell that the locals love this place. And, once you taste the food, you will understand why. Cowboy Cafe isn't a fancy place, and you get the smell of the ranch once you step outside your car... More

After days of eating healthy organic breakfasts, it was a delight splurge to eat real food at the cafe. Large portions well cooked with good service. Would have liked the coffee a little stronger but that's just me.

Was very hungry so ordered the Starving Cowboy!!!!! Huge breakfast of eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bacon. Biscuits and gravy are both some of the best I have ever had in a cafe. Bacon is crispy and good. Huge portions. I was not a "Starving Cowboy" when I left. Best breakfast spot in Roswell.

An absolutely delicious breakfast or lunch is to be had at Cowboy Cafe -- a diner that has the feel of a train car, with efficient service and an old-town feel. Food is AWESOME -- eggs perfectly cooked, hash browns delicate and slightly crispy, sandwiches excellent. Do not forget to order Cowboy Cafe's famous coconut cream pie -- it's a... More

We had an awesome breakfast at this true southwestern diner. The food was plentiful and delicious. The seating area is small and the service was friendly and always available. One of us had the breakfast burrito with a name that reminded me of "everything comes in this thing including the kitchen sink". Get that one. AWESOME.

Best breakfast in town. Be sure to get the sausage patties; they taste homemade and are nice and spicy. Their signature breakfast includes eggs fixed like you want, hash browns, sausage, bacon or ham, pancakes or biscuits and gravy. Add an orange juice and cup of coffee and you will have to be carried out of there. Saturday morning is... More
