Tia Juana's has new owners. The menu is good and reasonably priced. The drinks are good (if a little weak for a coconut margarita.) We ate in the bar area (where you usually don't have to wait,) but it can get noisy. They have TVs attuned to sports. The service is OK, and the night we were there the owners... More

First time eating there. Decided to try it due to the reviews. Food was good. We had the Mexican flag enchiladas with ground beef, chicken, and shredded beef enchiladas. The mini chimis appetizers was good too. Crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. I could've eaten them by themselves. The margaritas were good too well... More

Service was fine, laid back, but pleasant. Drinks were good. Prices seemed a little high for lunch. Full menu with a wide variety. It wasn't the greatest but it served the purpose. Good food, good company, nice atmosphere.

Had dinner with my husband. The waiter was great and double checked ingredients in all the items as I have a severe allergy to wheat. My meal was good enough - much better than the last time we went but my husband did not like his meal at all. Said it was too bland. We specifically went to try the... More

The food is typical. The service was good. But, beware if you're expecting mild food. There was no mention from the staff or on the menu of the amount of jalapeno used in the dishes, but it was there! Salsa, guacamole and the pico took out most of my taste buds. Don't get me wrong...I know a lot of folks... More

Tia Juana's is a great Mexican restaurant. You can actually see the ingredients on the plate rather than have everything covered with melted, stringy cheese. The food is not as spicy as that of Northern New Mexico. It is fresh, with homemade tortillas and chips. The sopapillas are first class. And they serve a "snicker" chimi for dessert. Need I... More

Had lunch here last week and have eaten here a number of times over the years. The surroundings are very pleasant and upscale compared to any of the other Mexican food places in Roswell. Alas the food can be a bit bland here. Ordered the (green chili) chicken enchiladas....the chili was almost tasteless...but the chicken was seasoned nicely. Other visits... More

Stopped by for dinner with my boss on a recent business trip to Roswell. The service was great, and the atmosphere was nice, but I wasn't very impressed with the food. My boss and I both finished our food, so it wasn't terrible, but neither of us were very impressed with the taste. I may give it another try next... More

Food was very tasty, there were a few items that were unique -- everything we had good flavor. The venue was nice enough -- standard Mexican restaurant. We sat outside, it was a beautiful day (albeit very windy). The service was ok. Our server did his job, but with little enthusiasm and desire to be at work. However, we didn't... More
