Great authentic southwest style mexican food. Ample portions that the friendly staff modified to suit your individual tastes. It was also helpful that my host personally knew both the bartender and our waitress.

I noticed that some did not like the service in some reviews, and a few did not like the food. But since my experience was good, i gave them five stars. I had the Honey Chipotle Rbs, and my brother had the Chile Rubbed Ribeye. Both of us liked the food very much. The service was good, even though the... More

First impression was great. A very beautifully designed building inside and out with impressive curb appeal. We arrived early to a sparse crowd but left with a house full. Waitress was very attentive and efficient. Food arrived quickly and looked very appealing. My wife's soup was excellent as was the fried ice cream which we shared. Prices reasonable. My lowered... Had the number 2 combo which had a beef taco, cheese enchilada and a chili relleno. The relleno was a green chili, not a poblano. Good and spicy.

We were staying nearby so this was a handy restaurant for us. The food was good and the beer was cold so I would go back for sure. Do not come here if you want gourmet but it lived up to our expectations!

New Mexican spicy food can be difficult to find....even in New Mexico! This restaurant was a real surprise to find on a recent road trip. It was very clean, had a nice atmosphere, friendly servers and wonderful Mexican food! Will definitely stop again.

They had a young Mariachi band playing while we were there, which was entertaining. 3 out of our party of 4 loved their food, 1 though it was average.

Go through NM several times a year & stop here. Have had FANTASTIC service as well as so-so. Last week was so-so. I would not go here except that friends do not like HOT food. Pluses, is clean, reasonable, good sized helpings, fresh, excellent chips. Cons, don't get the blonde server.

September 24 my wife and i went to eat an early lunch at Tia Juana's. The service was not so great. I ordered the Fish Tacos and my wife ordered the Chimichanga plate. As I was eating my food I found a COCKROACH in my food. I was completely disgusted and called over the waitress in which she immediately called... More
