The out side look a bit scary but the food was really good I actually was impressed by the Mexican food that was on the menu. Out side of taco trucks and a few specialty store I have never seen tacos de tripas on the menu. The caldo de res was very good as well.

Really good Mexican food and beer is cold. Love the little small bottles in bucket. Rellenos are really special.

Hey, this place is a dive. If you're from out of town, you'll have to be brave and give it a shot. Looks rough on the outside, but the place is always packed for a reason. The shrimp cocktail is good; the comida corrida (caldo and carne adovada) is excellent. I like the rainbow fried rice. The buffet is hit... More

Went here for lunch buffet and wish I would have saved my money. Place is very dirty and they were too crowded with no parking. Then the food at the buffet was cold m even the tacos they had just put out from the kitchen were cold. Not a good restaurant. Find some where else to go

Was recommended by hotel clerk who gave me a discount coupont. Not much available in buffet. Husband tried the buffet & said it wasn't very good. We ordered from the regular menu & the food was good. They had buche & lengua tacos which you usually don't see on the menu. Margarita drink was was diluted.

I did not check out Margaritas on Trip Advisor before we went, and I have to say I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews! Outside appearance is a bit scary, I haven't seen a lot of well kept buildings in Roswell, so I guess I wasn't surprised by that. The staff were all very friendly--We thought the... More

Margaritas offers diners an unusual menu consisting of Chinese and Mexican dishes. This restaurant is popular for its lunch buffet, but the quality of the dishes does not match up to the local Mexican or Asian restaurants.

My wife and I have recently moved back to Southeastern NM for work. We had ocassion to be in Roswell today and were told Margarita's was a great Mexican Resturaunt. Well, not so much. We were dropped at the front door and when we went in, the first thing you see is a buffett. We sat, looked at the menu... More

If you like Chinese buffet, it is typical, and the Mexican food is pretty ok. Atmosphere is lacking in a big way but it is pretty cheap so usually has at least a small crowd.
