Great atmosphere and food.

We drove about 8 miles to eat at this restaurant based on the other reviews and were not disappointed. The USA was playing Panama on a huge screen with a small crowd for a Monday night. We ordered Mac and cheese, salads, a Calzone and some grinders - a few appetizers as well. No one was unhappy... read more

We've eaten often at TMBC, and enjoyed every visit. Their beer is thoughtfully crafted, and the varieties change often enough that you can experiment one night while returning to old favorites another night. The food is pub grub, prepared with flavor and feeling, and the occasional menu item that shows continued attention to innovation, taste and quality.

Excellent place to meet and eat. A wide variety of favorites and some of the best brewed beer around. The owner travels far and wide to keep on top of the best for his client base. Be certain to stop in if you are in the area

Really good food and great service from the wait staff. Very friendly environment. If you want to watch sports there are many big screen TV's to watch your favorite teams. If you want to be able to enjoy family and friends who are with you, you can do that as well. Been there a few times and enjoyed each visit.... More

There are apparently a few hard-core Turtle Mountain patrons who like nothing better than to grab tables and sit for hours at a time swilling beer, eating a little, and making a lot of noise, whether watching a TV game or not. The parking here is absolutely abominable and the last time Hubby and I were there, our quoted wait... More

An Oasis in the desert! We were in town for a wedding and they had great beers to choose from. A nice break from the hectic schedule. Lots of space and friendly staff.

We have been to Turtle Mountain on several occasions - lately the past two Thursday nights. We have tried a Friday night but it is a bit too busy and has limited parking without a little hike from lots near the post office. We've been very satisfied with the variety of craft beers and I have enjoyed the variety. They... More

My friend and I had the fire roasted pizza, and both were very good. My pizza included green chilies, which gave it a great spicy flavor. Good selection of micro brews, and the servers were very friendly.

Now that we have a grand-daughter in Rio Rancho, we will be visiting several times a year. Turtle Mountain is very comparable to Fat Squirrel, perhaps a little smaller menu. Both have great beer selection, sports on TV, well-prepared food, and a friendly, comfortable environment. My kids love the pizza here, but probably everything on the menu is very good,... More
