Waitress immediately informed us some seafood was not available. We ordered drinks and that was prompt and accurate. 8 diners and varied tastes so orders were placed. Here comes the kicker... Dirtiest ladies room in the west. A baby changing table both unsafe and filthy. Needs to be trashed. If staff uses the only facility? Do you see where this... More

Waited 2 1/2 hours for our food. People sat before and after us got their food first. Server blamed it on "under-staffing".

Wonderful Food. No seriously. Service.....what service! It took forever to get even a menu, drinks... had to go get ourselves. I felt sorry for the groups that waited..and waited...and waited to be seated and then got forgotten about by the hostess.

Went to RR for Labor Day weekend big group of us and our last night went out to Timbers (made reservation). We sat on the lower level and to say it was hot inside is an understatement, there was absolutely no air movement we actually went outside to wait for our food!! When we commented on the heat out comments... More

The food and atmosphere are terrible. we had a woman with a long ponytail as our server. I asked about cooking my steak well done. Her comments were: the owner doesn't think steaks should be well done and she actually said, " crabby people ask for well done.". Had I not been traveling 8 hours, in rain ,I would have... More

Two stars because the service was average. Ribs were pretty meh, smothered in mediocre BBQ sauce. Employees dropping the F-bomb and taking over the bar TV so they could watch their Bears game takes the cake. Move on down the street...

We have eaten at the Timbers for several years. It used to be one of our favorites. Last year we noticed that it was as good as before. Last night, I ordered chicken fried steak. It was so hard and burnt that I sent it back. They brought me back another one and it just tasted like flour. My husband... More

Timbers Steakhouse is a very nice restaurant. It has great food! Great steak and I love their garlic roasted chicken and garlic mashed potatoes.

Pricey, especially for the quality of food. Tough/fatty bourbon steak and dry mash potatoes (the mushroom were good) $23. It's definitely not a place for someone with OCD...old dirty looking seating and silverware that looked dirty which was not wrapped, but just sitting on the sketchy table. The toilet and sink were clean, but pleeeeaae don't use that changing table!... More

Food came too slowly. Steak was very bland. No seasoning at all. Cut was thick, but tough. Needs a good marinade. I never saw anyone who appeared to be in charge walking the floor, expediting orders and checking on customer satisfaction. There was no host/hostess on duty. There were two teenagers who appeared to occasionally fill this role, but I... More
