Their breakfast is fantastic, especially if you like Huevos Rancheros. The atmosphere is upbeat, with period decorations from the 1920s to current day, such as album covers, military uniforms, a model train on a track, posters of famous people, etc. One of the reasons for visiting during the spring and summer is to eat on the desk. For us, it... More

Not too many places to pick from for an early Mom's Day dinner, so we ended up here. Our dinners were filling and about what we were anticipating. A proprietor came by our table wanting to know how the new waitress was doing, so we could give some hopefully helpful feedback that it might be nice for her to smile... More

Excellent place to eat while in Red River. The Southwest French Dip is delicious! Very convenient, clean, and nice atmosphere, too.

If you're anywhere near Red River this is the place to go, conveniently open during the off-season when locals call the town "Dead River." Offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, anything you order will be good. The atmosphere is quaint consisting of anything and everything 50's, completed with a television screening re-runs of "I Love Lucy." The food is absolutely fantastic... More

The food here was great and also had good looking waitresses. The breakfast was great and views from their outside dinning was nice also...I later ate dinner there...It was like mom's old cooking... I highly recommend this eatery!!!

We stopped in for lunch no knowing anything about the place. Very attentive service and the food was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stop for breakfast on our way out of town the next morning. Again, fantastic service and it would rival any breakfast place in Houston. Highly recommend.

Small restaurant on Main Street in Red River in their mini mall. Hamburger and Rubin sandwich was very good. We have heard the breakfast is awesome - but did not have a chance to have breakfast. We would eat there again.
