I have eaten here 3 times and it is always fantastic. Their house dressing (feta vinaigrette) is to die for! It is really the reason I keep coming back. We also get a pizza and they are always delicious. I would highly recommend Capo's. The small pizza with house salads easily feeds two adults. Enjoy!

We didn't need a reservation for our party of 9 and the staff was great. We saw lots of familiar staff who worked at the ski area during the day. The food was delicious. All of us got different things and it was all great.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us this wonderful review! We do have many people on our team who work at the ski area during the day, we tend to work closely with the ski area throughout the winter in different ways. We are glad you enjoyed all 9 of your food choices! More

Everyone was very friendly and the service was good. We tried the chicken parmesan and manicotti entrees, which were good, as were the salads. However, the fettuccine alfredo was very bland and the spinach artichoke dip tasted more like hummus. We had cheesecake and chocolate lava cake for desert, but they were just average tasting. Overall, the meal was pricey... More

We are very glad you enjoyed our atmosphere and staff, we definitely pride ourselves in our great team. Our alfredo sauce is made in house with lots of garlic, parmesan, cream and butter. It is meant to be a mild white sauce used in combination to balance out the very flavorful items (such as sausage, green chile, pepperoni, etc) added... More

Tried the pizza and it was good. One of us got the shrimp alfredo, very bland and overpriced. Friendly staff.

We ate here on NYE, and it was PACKED. The hostess was very efficient, and because several people left after putting their name on the list, we were seated very quickly, considering how many were on the list. The food was good, our waiter was really a neat guy, and made our girls smile. That's the most important part!

The restaurant location is close to the ski lift, great place to have lunch while skiing. It's very kid friendly. There pizza was awesome. We will definitely return.

Do not order the chicken alfredo or the chicken alfredo pizza. It was very bland. The other food we had was just average. Great location when skiing.

Thank you for your review. We make our alfredo (as well as the other sauces) in house using only fresh ingredients. It is therefore not overly salty like mainstream alfredo from a jar. We do strive for garlicy, creamy, and cheesy, realizing our guests have different tastes and can add salt and/or parmesan at will. If someone is dissatisfied with... More

We chose to eat here because of the view of the Christmas Eve Ski Parade. So glad we did because the food was amazing! My family loves Italian, but I try to steer clear of the pasta so this was a real treat for them! I had tilapia and veggie for dinner that was amazing and saw other chicken options... More
