Visited this restaurant this past weekend after finding it on Trip Advisor. Looked like some pretty good reviews, so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. Food was good, service was fair....was a busy place, and we enjoyed. Chips & salsa were very good, food was a little spicy for my husband, but not for me.

We really loved the food here. Both the fajitas and burrito were excellent. The atmosphere is very family friendly - it's definitely a family business. But no alcohol is served - "too close to the church" was what we heard! But don't let that keep you away. The food is well worth it!

Wow! What can we say? This place was fantastic. The vegetarian enchiladas were the best I've tasted, ever. The service was great. Last were the huge sopapillas, amazingly large, tasty, light and crisp.

Creative, delicious New Mexican food. Brown Derby Cobb Salad and Vegetable Quesadilla were very good; best sopapilla ever! Beautiful restaurant, excellent service.

Everything about this place was great. When I go to Taos again, I am going to make sure I go here again. There was a very festive feeling to the place and everyone I was with was having a great time. Would recommend to anyone and families.

I came in to Ranchos de Taos late on a Saturday afternoon and the folks at my B & B recommended this restaurant as a good place to sample local fare without going all the way in to the central part of Taos. I was not disappointed. I ordered a beef burrito with "Christmas" style sauce - a mix of... More

We'd visited the San Francisco de Asis Church earlier but didn't have time for lunch. Locals and reviews convinced us to come back and we're glad we did. We're staying in Red River where there are no New Mexican restaurants. We came back to visit the church (which is very cool) and visited this restaurant afterwards. Dessert first: some of... More

I almost hesitate to review this restaurant because it's a hidden gem and one of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Taos. The food is fresh and flavorful. I love their chile relleno plate and their sopapillas are some of the best I've tasted! There are times when I wish I had a beer or margarita to go... More

The blue corn enchiladas were excellent, get them Christmas style (red and green chillis). I can also recommend the pork tamales. The sopapillas that come with the meals were a nice touch.
