Had a nice dinner

My husband and I both enjoyed our dinners. We felt the prices were reasonable. The service was good. It felt like the staff really wanted to make sure our dinner was enjoyable. The ambience is nice too.

Old Martina's Hall has wonderful nouvelle food, some with a Southwestern flan, such as green chile flan appetizer, or a pecan encrusted chile relleno. They also have amazing pastries, made by their pastry chef. The building is a beautiful, historic adobe which lends to the beautiful atmosphere there. It is in Rancho De Taos which is about 5 miles south... More

With a large group. Service was very slow. Had to ask several times for bread and butter. Salmon on salad was good. Chicken on salad was dry. Apricot tart was delicious.

Recently renovated and filled with beautiful artwork, the new Chef created some outstanding dishes. Great service and wine list.

This old restaurant and dance hall set unoccupied for years, totally falling apart from lack of care until Martina same along and lovingly restored it into a gorgeous old architecture style restaurant with a large dance hall and stage at the back. This space is a venue for music, weddings, private parties, and events of all kinds. The food is... More

The food was excellent. However, we did not enjoy our meal. The service was out of this world, but left something to be desired. The adobe was quaint, but it was scary to be in a mud building whilst it was raining. Seriously though, how do adobe buildings not dissolve in the rain? We got the breakfast blitzes and enjoyed... The server knew the menu well, and comfortable with her recommendations. A nice, quiet atmosphere; less crowded than restaurants in Taos.

wonderful on the patio experience. Gorgeous views and wonderful food- So glad that Chef Damon is here. The paella was wonderful, appetizers were wonderful-terrific stewed rabbit and fresh local chanterelle mushrooms. Service was quietly perfect. Wonderful evening

I had 2 meals from Martina's. The place itself is a beautifully restored historic adobe structure. The service was excellent and friendly. The food was interesting and well prepared. Try the Pecan Encrusted Chile Relleno. Delicious!

Saturday nights throughout the summer are Paella Night. Chef Damen does an excellent job. Our paella was a more traditional inland Iberian Peninsula paella, not the typical seafood coastal variety. In the paella, as usual is saffron, however we also had mushrooms, rabbit, and artichoke. To compliment the dish were tapas before the meal, wine throughout, and a dessert to... More
