Southwest Food For Everyone

HIts all the Northern New Mexico spots but handles it without getting too hot, so just about anyone will be able to go the distance. Lots of locals show up and it's popular with the Sikhs also. Plain decor but booths are available. Pleasant folks. It's a friendly place with excellent prices and... read more

The stuffed sopas with green chili are amazing! If you like sweet foods, the corn cake is a must. Service is good and the atmosphere is --well-OK.

There are so many good places to eat in this area and we did not enjoy our meal here. The sopaipillas were greasy and not light. I ordered chili rellenos and found the batter thick and greasy. I scraped it aside and ate just the cheese and chili. Disappointing

Salsa and guacamole were very good and the chips were light and not too oily. One order was the stuffed burrito with chicken. The chicken was tasty and not overcooked like at many area restaurants. The other order was the large combo with a pork tamale, chile relleno and I paid extra for beef instead of a cheese enchilada. The... More

The stuffed sopapilla with chicken and vegetables was delicious as was the 'swirl' margarita. The staff was attentive and friendly. I'll be back!

Good friendly service, very reasonably priced and great food. But of course the best are the sopaipillas drizzled with honey, it is as you can tell by the name their specialty. I also recommend the frozen margarita with Grand Marnier.

The stuffed sopaipilla wasn't nearly as good as I thought it would be. We were there during the lunch hour and it was very crowded and noisy. Service was slow but the wait staff was friendly.

Conducted a working lunch here and was very pleased. The stuffed Sopaipilla with chicken and veggies was tasty. Green chiles added an excellent touch. Will return!

Ate here because there were limited options nearby. Maybe I am spoiled living in dallas, the food was not great. It was perfectly edible, but quite bland.

I had never eaten a sopaipilla so I have no real basis for comparison but our dinner was delicious. The service was great and the prices very reasonable. Get a seat by a window so you can watch some of the dozens of hummingbirds flying around the many feeders outside the resturant.
