Yummy food lots of options. Dro much better than a chain restaurant! Excellent service. Provided a to=go cup filled with my soft drink. Would go back again! Small town with good restaurant and a waitresses that loved her job and was happy to be helpful.

Just walking into the lobby of the El Fidel transports one back to the early 1900's, when hotels were grand and glorious. We were eating fairly light, but the food was delicious. The salmon wih green chile was outstanding, albeit a bit spicy for those not accustomed to New Mexican food. We also had the creme brulee which was finished... More

A total surprise - sophisticated cuisine, professional servers, in an historic frontier town! We had oysters and more seafood, beautifully presented in a cozy bistro atmosphere.

Stumbled on this place based on the reviews. The food was great, service was very attentive and the price was good. I'd go back.

We had seen and passed this restaurant in the renovated hotel many times. But, until my son recommended it, we had never gone. We ate later in the evening during the week, so it was not crowded. A gourmet chef must dwell in Las Vegas, for we each found our entrees delicious, well-presented, fresh and colorful. The server was friendly,... More

A big surprise is in store for you if you have dined and shopped elsewhere in this area. WIthout doubt this may be the finest eatery in the area if not between Santa Fe and Colorado Springs along the I-25 corridor. A good selection and good service and the presentation of the food is superb. A very good value and... More

This is my new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. We tried the craft beers, appetizers, entrees and dessert, and all were fabulous. Our food was fresh and made to order. Waitstaff was friendly and professional and was for a very reasonable cost.

Went here for lunch with three friends. One had the lamb meatball sandwich; burnt beyond being edible; potatoes burnt as well; sent it back. Others had chicken sandwich; bread burnt. I had bagel and smoked salmon; small portion and salmon was shaved, not in whole slices. Add to this a dog in the kitchen!!!!! This is not the first time... More

We've eaten in a few quality restaurants in small towns which are unpretentious/rustic, where the wait staff isn't super professional and which are a bit quirky. At El Fidel, we really enjoyed the food (we both had one of their pasta entrees) and found them quite good. Our waitress was there when needed, didn't bother us when we didn't need... More
