The Las Vegas Breakfast!!!!

Nice place. Great local flair with a spectacular breakfast, The Las Vegas Breakfast. The best value for a big breakfast in the state.

This is, hands down, my favorite Mexican restaurant in all of New Mexico. It has the best red sauce I’ve ever had. It also has consistently good breakfasts and lunches. It’s also right off the highway so you can visit on the way to or back from other trips. I’ve had huevos rancheos, burritos, enchiladas with eggs, they have this... More

Waitress was very nice. Food: cold, and appeared as if was reheated old frozen dinner. Lettuce gray and slimy. Plate was cool as well. In edible. cheese not melted, , chicken looked like it had been made earlier and reheated ( maybe microwaved) Tasted sour. One bite, paid and left. Maybe breakfast is great? This was dinner on a Saturday night?... More

The food is exceptional. One of the best meals/breakfast, I have ever eaten! The portions are plentiful. We had eggs over-easy, covered deliciously, with red and green chile. Everything, was cooked to perfection! We stopped in, traveling on the way to Santa Fe, on vacation. Johnny's Kitchen, is a Jewel of a find. Excellent Value--and great waitstaff. An excellent choice!

Came from Texas. In Las Vegas, went there for lunch. After waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, we left. Service AWFUL!!!!÷

We were tired and just wanted to get home when we saw Johnny's sign for the Las Vegas breakfast special. Decided for $4.25 it couldn't be worse than quickie burger drive through breakfast so we gave it a shot. EXCELLENT CALL!!!! Fresh, home cooked breakfast and plenty to fill us up for a 10 hour car ride. We make it... More

The coffee was fantastic and the food was delicious. Every employee that we spoke with was very friendly. The portions were large and a great value for the price. Ramon, our server, provided friendly service and never let our cups go empty.

The food here was in the bottom third of any Mexican I've had. The taco was greasy and soggy. The ground beef filling was hamburger with no spices or flavor. The Navajo taco was poor fry bread under a mass of tasteless red sauce. We went here as our first choice was closed on Tues and it was a mistake.... More

I am a stickler for authentic Mexican beans, and this place completely missed the mark. Service was ok but overall not impressed. Would not return or recommend.

If you have a neat-fetish, you will be uneasy. It's hard to find two tables and chairs alike. Noisy A/C (may have been broken). HOWEVER, our breakfasts were superb and reasonably priced. Eat a light dinner the night before and plan to skip lunch.
