We were delighted to find Johnny's kitchen. The breakfast burrito is delicious and the potatoes were perfect. The atmosphere was fun and our server was great. We were there on Mother's Day and it was packed but the wait staff and the kitchen crew were were up to the challenge.

Driving to Santa Fe on I-25 on a Sunday, we got off in Las Vegas, and thought maybe everyone had been abducted by aliens. No one anywhere, and then we saw Johnny's, that's where everyone was. Average southwestern food, but extraordinary atmosphere, it was almost like time travel. We had chili rellenos prepared differently and with a different pepper than... More

We had breakfast- I had chicken fried steak, he had chili relleno omelette. Both were yummy. The service was fantastic and friendly. The potatoes were out of this world. I would go out of my way to eat here again.

Best food we had in 4 days of driving thru New Mexico. Green Chile is fantastic. Posole is great! Even the taco was original and very good. Wish I could have tried the whole menu. I had chicken burrito and it was exactly as I had hoped for. It's a local little dive but this place cranks out great food.... More

We pulled off the highway for a quick lunch and, after a cruise up the LV main drag, we decided to go native and hit the local Johnny's Mexican Kitchen. The place was jammin' at the lunch hour; filled with what looked to be a lot of locals and that's always a good sign. For the most part the food... More

We eat here every time we go to Las Vegas. Green Chile is spicy but not painfully hot. Excellent old time atmosphere.

This is a laid back kind of place. They got me in with their "breakfast special" sign, and I'm so glad they did. The food had the best red chili sauce of my whole trip and the service was very attentive--they are NOT going to let your coffee cup go dry!
